Frustrating to see some staff members not wearing
masks during a significant Covid outbreak. Not only are they require to under health orders, these people are in a high risk environment dealing with hundreds of customers every day. Extremely disappointed in Nike for allowing this to happen.

I recently visited Nike Highpoint and had excellent customer service from Gemma! She was so helpful and friendly. She helped me choose the best pair of runners for my needs, explaining the difference in technologies Nike provides in their shoes and how they will help me in my sporting activities. I genuinely rarely leave any kind of feedback for any store but I really wanted to make a special shoutout to Jess for being really friendly and kind when she was servicing me. She knew what she was talking about and gave me alternatives to products that they were missing. Overall, the service was great and I really hope good things come her way. David was sensational yesterday when we visited your store to buy a pair of shoes for basketball. He had amazing product knowledge and helped me find a shoe that suited my playing style. He was also very knowledgeable about the technology in the shoes. I left with a great pair of shoes that I'm excited to wear! Would like to thank David for his help yesterday. Will definitely return in future and recommend your store to people looking for good sports shoes!

Staff not so subtly kicked us out and threatened us with security just for asking about a limited shoe. I don't know the policies regarding certain shoes but this just feels rude and disrespectful. Additionally, two of the staff members weren't even wearing masks when it is compulsory indoors.

While I appreciate the sign at your entrance encouraging customers to wear a mask while in store, only 1 of your staff was wearing a mask. What's the point of requesting masks on customers when it isn't enforced by even your own staff?

Possibly the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. The friendliest staff who really know their stuff and were prepared to go that extra mile to make sure we were totally satisfied with our purchases. Will never shop at a different Nike store ever again.

Served by Gemma who was personable and friendly and had incredible product knowledge. She was willing to listen to my personal needs and was able to determine and advise what products best suited me.
So different from most stores of this type where salespeople are disinterested and disengaged from their customers.

Absolutely awesome atmosphere, awesome staff members. Diane went above and beyond grabbing atleast 7 pairs of shoes from the back room and giving great advice on the different shoes and what they would be suited for. Great vibe and great customer service. Actually makes shoe shopping enjoyable!

Love going to this place especially when there are sales! The staff are super friendly and will go out of there way just to help you!

I'm a person that loves this store but when they give you two different sizes of shoes and when you go back and ask for the correct shoe they claim not to make the shoe anymore. Seriously the could have made a custom pair of shoes instead they had to stuff me around and now I have a $240 pair of shoes that I can't wear.

Went here early Sunday morning to buy some running shoes without knowing much about any of the products, got really helpful and intelligent service
