45 Okay. That's all I can say.
Nike itself is a great brand. But i don't understand why they sometimes make their customer service people wear their own merchandise. Dumbest thing ever. I am already surrounded by nike and there would be some relief to my subconscious if i see a person not dressed in a nike running equipment.
And another thing. I just don't understand why people lie. I went to get 2018 running shoes. They tell me they don't have my size and they'll get new stock tomorrow. They write my numver down and tell me they would give me a call. It's been a week now. Just say you don't know when you'll get it. I'll move on and find other stores to look for it.
A much smaller store compared to its melbourne central sister store, but what they lack in range, the staff make up for it in their amazing attitude and customer service.
Friendly, attentive staff (sorry, can't remember the woman's name) who took time, even though it was busy, to make sure I got the right shoe and the right fit.
I needed to exchange a pair of Nike shoes as they were a gift and did not fit. Ally & Kalby were super helpful and went above and beyond!
Christian from this store was so lovely and helpful. I had an issue with a gift voucher from another Nike store and he did everything he could to help me out - going above and beyond with service!
