I was catered patiently to find the ideal shoe model based on my requirements and tried out multiple shoes to find the right fit - Lewis was very polite and hospitable during this entire process.

I was catered patiently to find the ideal shoe model based on my requirements and he allowed me to try on whatever I needed without question - Charley very polite and I was very greatful to be served by him.

Just "WOW" it! - If you want "real" service - ask for Kiki - she was an absolute legend! Great product knowledge, great customer service and made me feel absolutely comfortable to try and explore different products.

There is now one product that I can not get off my mind thanks to Kiki - I did not even think of wanting to purchase these, until she recommended me them and was even kind enough to allow me to test them on the treadmill.

Thank you soo much! I really did appreciate your hard work and dedication to make me find what I was looking for, without even me knowing it. I will be coming back "after lockdown" to purchase these.

One of the female staff was very rude! I asked for help but never got any, she continued to do what she was doing. I waited for 5 or so mins then approached her physically. I was all smiles during the approach thinking she must be very busy and what I got was "if you say please then I would", which took me aback since I said please at the very start which she obviously did not hear. Anyways, I left the store and managed to get 2 pairs at Footlocker. Guess she did not want any sales at all. I will never buy at that shop ever and have told my friends not to as well.

Great selection of products. However the staff was rude when I asked for help. Not a good shopping experience overall.

Not the best prices as hoped for but the variety of shoes and the stellar service from the staff makes this store one of the best managed Nike stores in the state.

I asked female staff for help like "Is this product available here? " and I showed her a phone screen of the official website. Then she said "I'm not sure, have look on the wall" and she walked away from me.
I'm so disappointed about that. I'm gonna buy the product online.

The last time I visited the Nike Emporium store was when it was in the older and smaller location. The new Nike store is now near the old top shop store on Lonsdale St and looks a little larger.

well presented, spoke clear and concise
acknowledged my presence, a great example was wanting to know my name,
ensuring my all inquires were answered, and
finalised my purchase in an efficient and positive manner.

Overall I am very happy with how the Team presented and conducted the store, as to why I keep returning.

I visited this Nike store last week. I was served by Nicholas, I walked away so blown away with the exceptional customer service I received off him. Even after a few days I am still thinking of how wonderful his service was and have told several friends and family members about how great he was. Nicholas is an asset to your Team and I will certainly be returning to see him next time I need to re-stock my active wear and shoes! Thank you Nicholas, you have a very bright future ahead of you.

The best Nike store I've been to, especially in terms of customer service. Lewis understood what I was looking for real fast, but took so much time to answer all my questions about alternative models that I was looking at. He really knows what he's doing, trust him and you won't be disappointed. 100÷ recommend!

Store is a little small. Normally staff are pretty good here however my last visit was terrible. Staff not interested, didn’t even get greeted and I was in the store for over 10 mins. Ended up leaving as staff were too busy stocking shelves. In hindsight, I went to Melb Central and had similar treatment 15 mins later. Ended up getting what I wanted at Highpoint store a few days later.
The Emporium store is pretty good in terms of the stock, they normally have the new stuff which is why I make the trek into the city for it.

The short lady staff with glasses was so rude. She does not want to try to help me. Just keep saying: no we don’t have it “. But the central store system said you have it Why doesn’t she double check Really hate this store

NIKE STORE WITHIN EMPORIUM
Good range of Nike wear. Staff are helpful. Unsurprisingly it has a very sporty youth-focused feel to it. Being Nike its not cheap but does have some cleverly designed sportswear:)

Went in to try on some of their training shoes, their customer service is excellent! The sales people are very knowledgeable.
