Next Practice Prahran

Thank you to Dr Jen and the whole team. Everyone here goes above and beyond for their patients. I was really impressed with the personalised and high level of care. Definitely agree with the comments below about it feeling like a spa. All staff from reception to nurses and Drs were warm and friendly and obviously love their jobs. Many beautiful touches that make going to the Doctor a pleasant experience. Thank you!

I saw Dr. David Feng shortly after I'd been diagnosed with cancer and I wanted some information about medical cannabis to deal with the anxiety. He was so lovely and took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. He even went out of his way to research specific questions I had during the appointment and emailed them through to me afterwards. I feel really happy I've found a doctor that will take take good care of me during my cancer treatment and afterwards.

Great service, experienced and knowledgeable GP who made me very comfortable. Perfect location and a great overall experience. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a doctor in the inner south east area!

It is a very nice clinic, in fact, it is the best we have ever visited!

Dr Somer and Dr Feng are super nice and they listen to what you said and tried their best to help. Dr Somer is super good with children and my little one loves him and holds Dr Somer's hand to the room (without checking if I actually come with him). My child feels so relaxed in the clinic and makes the consultation much easier (he screamed in another clinic).
The nurse and receptionists are friendly and nice.
Very comfortable environment and great public transport location!

I came here by chance because my previous doctor was booked out - but I'll be coming back here from now on. For the first time I've found a doctor that actually LISTENS to the patient and in one session I had more progress than years at my other doctor. So glad I made the jump.

Really nice and spacious inside and almost no customers at all (as new and does not bulk bill). Staff are friendly. Been once for the free flu shot which was quick and easy. Was going to go again (as Doctor did advise previously very short appointments may be able to Bulk Bill), but the receptionist advised that I cannot make an appointment as Bulk Bill and it is up to the Doctor's discretion after the appointment. Therefore I will probably will not be coming back as there is a bulk bill clinic nearby on Commercial Road anyway, without the uncertainty of Doctor's decision. I would recommend this place to those don't mind to pay a bit extra since currently seems no waiting time at all or those who have more complicated medical issues (assuming the doctors are good).

Recently visited this new practice after a recommendation from a friend and was very impressed with the whole experience. I was greeted with a lovely smile from the receptionist and immediately felt calm and relaxed, helped by the amazing decor that was far from the stale clinics that I have been used to visiting. Most importantly, the doctor that I had an appointment with was professional whilst being approachable, making me feel comfortable discussing all of my health care needs. A comprehensive new practice that ticks all the boxes!

I just saw Dr Jennifer Rothfield at Next Practice in Prahran. A beautiful, peaceful clinic (the clinic is NOT sterile at all! It has the feel of a spa!) and had one of the best experiences I have ever had with a health care professional!

So pleased to have found this practice, and finally a regular GP in Prahran. I’ve now seen two doctors here, and have found both experiences exceptional. Calming and professional staff, very efficient service, and a beautiful practice.
