Very nice and professional practice. Dr Keiran Hadler was awesome to chat with. He has empathy, is precise and does a great job looking into your health and situation. Highly recommend

I’m really hesitant to say how good this place is because it will probably get very busy. But honestly, it was like visiting a medical centre of the future with people who know what they’re really doing.

I have seen a few of the Dr's here and they are all very good, Dr Chen especially. The clinic is very clean and modern.
The receptionist are very quick, efficient with great attention to detail, probably the best of any clinic Ive ever been to.
Right next to train line and lots of parking a short walk away at Prahran square.

Next Practice makes you feel like you’re in good hands. The practice is a nice space with friendly staff and really knowledgable doctors who listen and are willing to help explore all options for peace of mind.

When my husband had an appointment, the doctor informed him that he needed to make another appointment for a longer consult. He still had to pay for his 'short' appointment (and of course, pay again for the longer consult). Then, weeks later, I had an appointment (definitely short). After nearly 30 minutes of waiting, I left without seeing the doctor.

I was seen by Dr Nisha Lyer. This was the first time Nisha had met me. I presented her with complex circumstances which were causing my mental health to deteriate. Nisha was able to understanding the complicated details of the situation I had found myself in. Which, in itself, I found to be therapeutic. She was also able to give me a context to my situation which aleviated the distress I felt experiencing acute symptoms of my mental health condition. Nisha assisted me further by giving me a referral to a specialist for further appropriate treatment. Thank you Nisha.

Dr Nisha Iyer has been so helpful and compassionate with my health needs. She has a gentle approach and genuinely listens to your health concerns and takes you seriously. I haven’t had to experience long wait times with her either!

Beat doctors, so thorough and caring. We always leave feeling heard and with a plan. The reception team are lovely. Could not recommend more!

Waiting 40 minutes for the dr, not notified she was running late until I got there…. And paying $50 out of pocket when I can recieve this care under bulk billed places…. Dissapointed

Over priced and charge you if you can’t make the appointment. Dietician didn’t show up to my appointment twice… I still got charged though. One Star.

They now have a new doctor, Doctor Terri.
She is so lovely. She listened your concerns and responded to them.
She is also being very helpful and understanding.

It is a very nice clinic, in fact, it is the best we have ever visited!

Dr Somer and Dr Feng are super nice and they listen to what you said and tried their best to help. Dr Somer is super good with children and my little one loves him and holds Dr Somer's hand to the room (without checking if I actually come with him). My child feels so relaxed in the clinic and makes the consultation much easier (he screamed in another clinic).
The nurse and receptionists are friendly and nice.
Very comfortable environment and great public transport location!

I have only had excellent experiences at Next Practice. The clinic is beautiful and the receptionists are very welcoming and helpful. Due to the work that I do, I often have to book appointments sporadically therefore meaning I don’t always have the same GP. I have seen Dr Nisha Iyer, Dr Alyssa Kelly and recently Dr Terri Cluse, all who I have been blown away by. I’ve struggled to find a good GP for years and can’t believe that all the GPs at this clinic are absolutely amazing and no matter who I see, I feel extremely cared for. A huge thank you to Next Practice for the work they do and I couldn’t recommend this clinic more!
