Wide variety of New Balance sporting apparel from men's, women's and kid's sizes at decent prices. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, great selection of shoes and clothing. Not that cheap compared to other factory outlets, but still some good savings to be had.

I recently ordered my NB M860 from this store after trying it at the store. Very impressed and satisfied by the service provided by Christy - retail assistant at the store. Christy is very knowledgeable and fully trained. She answered all my queries - a lot many of them. And Price was optimal - better than you would expect from a factory outlet. I would highly recommend this store - huge range of products that are well priced.

I got such wonderful new workout shoes for $40. Look and feel so good. Everyone's been admiring them.especially me:) i always go there cos i know I'll always find somthing in my size

Friendly staff, shoes are less than retail but more than i expected. The staff member was excellent at fitting and advise.

Frustrating place to shop as a lot of the stock lacks pricing and sizing information so requires a lot of work to find what you need. Also very poor signage from the road - we actually thought it was closed until we by chance drove down the drive way to do a u-turn.

Thought there would be more variety and prices were not much cheaper than when sports stores have sales. Left a little disappointed.

Great place to find new balance products suits your need. Staff are kind and generous. Can't thank them enough.

Great service, purchased some shoes after early election hadn't been there for years! Store changed and staff took time with the kids (measure, sizes etc) and service was perfect!

Brooke served me on the day and she is the most professional person I've ever dealt with buying runners. If you live close to this outlet you're blessed, if you don't drive there knowing you're heading for the best sports shoe place in Melbourne. 6 stars.

At first it seemed like any factory outlet, but then one of the staff came over to help. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and stuck with us through all out questions and trying on of shoes. The prices are great and we walked out with 3 pairs at the end of it. Great work and could not have been happier with the service.

It's feel like Jetstar, you have to find your own shoes and size, there are only 2 people serving you, they are the sales/ cashier /storeman at the same time, so if you have 3 people in front of you, better come back in an hour or another day, and the sale women who served me she left me and went to served someone else who wanted to pay and never returned I left the shop, sometimes is better to pay a little bit extra to get a service without wasting any unecessary time.

Great service and knowledgeable staff. Wanted a replacement for my 810 trial shoes which I new was going to be a hard task. The young girl that served me was fantastic, after trying a few shoes I settled on the 624 cross trainers and got 15% off while on sale.

Best service both before visit over the phone. And had ordered items which turned out correct! Best service and care, in the outlet too!

Prices are wrongly priced on most item. Been 3 times and whenever I pay it's wrongly priced. Staff wasn't apologetic when the price was $100 more than what it's shown. Be prepared to get ripped off!
