The outlet has quite a wide range of models of NB shoes. There are various sizes as well as wide / extra wide ones which are difficult to find in the stores at shopping centres.
We could freely try out the various models of shoes for my wife. The staff there also provide assistance to shoppers when asked. We finally found and bought a pair of shoes for my wife. BTW the shoes are much cheaper here than at the shopping centres.

Very helpful and polite staff, particularly Abbey. I look forward to wearing my very comfortable new shoes after my bunion operation.

I have always been very impressed with the professional service, care and attention to detail that I received from Georgia (store attendant at Cheltenham) on every instance. Georgia has always understood my foot problem perfectly and has suggested runners on every occasion which have been pain free and very comfortable to wear daily. Sadly disappointing service as I bought a pair that I was unsure about the sizing for and I was told I could take them home and return them as long as I don’t wear them outside
After a day of wearing them indoors I made up my mind that these weren’t the shoes for me when I tried to return the shoes I was told that I could not as I had worn them outdoor. They made that decision based on one twig that was stuck to the shoe and refused to take them back and insisted that I had worn them outdoors
On that note this store has just lost a loyal customer- had been buying from them since 2020 and I tend to buy four pairs in the one year.

Consistently good product at great prices from the outlet store and sometimes you get a cracking bargain. Excellent helpful staff too

Great friendly service. I couldn't find the size I wanted on the shelf but the assistant was more than happy to check out the back and I got exactly what I needed. We'll be back

Great selection and very well priced for quality shoes. The staff are incredibly friendly and supportive. BRODIE served me couple of times and he is an awesome young sales professional may I say with very good customer service skills. He absolutely knows what he is talking and very good at recommending suitable products and up selling. I would go there again very soon!

We always buy our footwear and clothing there. Never a hassle and everything is seamless. Yesterday 26/06/2022 we went there and were serves by Kayla. Her product knowledge and the professional way she treats customers is fantastic. It was a pleasure dealing with her and we will be back again! Well done NB.
