Delicious korean fried chicken with a decent variety of sauce flavours and snow flavours!

its a new spot at M-City that has some seating inside - minimal seating during covid limitations
service felt a bit slower but they are still new, and having to handle the super high demand of physical orders vs online orders the food does feel to take a bit longer to come out

customer service wasn't spectacular either - super busy staff that aren't all that interested in attending customers

other than that.the chicken and flavours definitely hits all the spots!

The food is great! They generous with their sauces which makes me coming back to this place.

I always love Nene Chicken.

What made me giving this 3 stars - after a few times came to this place - is probably only small issues for some people.

I find the business is not being honest, at one time they only take cards as a payment method if you don’t charge extra 1.3% for not giving your customers any other payment options.

The 2nd time I came with cash, and guess what? They don’t have change of $0.5.

This is a ripped off!

A few times I came and purposely made a phone order so I don’t have to wait for too long.as I arrived to pick up my order they said I have to wait for another 30 mnts as they just put my order through!
What? Why you take our phone order if you don’t have any intentions to make it ready beforehand?

Finally we ate them. It spent lots of time to wait. It was pity that the chickens were not really hot when ready.

Went on Sunday at 5pm. Ordered a large chicken, plus wings. Service was friendly and food was hot, no lengthy wait - maybe the earlier reviews were just reflective of a newly opened place with some teething issues - potato tornado with chilli was elite too

Just opened quite busy, but everything moved along nicely. Some great specials to be had Mon Tue and Wed. Got take away was not disappointed.

Followed by my two experiences of closing before the displayed time in which case they refused my orders, this time they failed to give me correct amount of sauce when I bought 50 pieces with extra paid sauce added. I realised it when I got home and when I called they said "we are busy and we have other customers to serve". Try not to hope that I would consider revisiting. Oh btw the new manager was great and courteous. It's just the staff training issue.
