Amazing Customer service, all the NENE shops tastes slightly different this is the best I ve had so far

Terrible service, took 20 minutes for a simple order of original chicken, they then proceed to serve multiple people with much more complicated orders before me because they're eating in and I'm taking away

If you order take away just be ready that it will be thrown in your face without eye contact

Food is generally nice. Would NOT recommend kdog.
Our biggest issue with this branch is their service, multiple times have bad horrible service, with regards to delays, taking your order Not taking your order properly ect.
The staff don't anything to make the experience better either.

Placed a phone order 1 hour in advance of pick up. I was advised that once I come in order would be ready within 2-5 minutes. It took 15 minutes for someone to put my order through the register and an extra 20 minutes for my order to be cooked when I called in advance to have my order ready at the designated pick up time. More people needed and terrible management.

I got the big pieces double flavor at around 64$ on Uber eats, I was given WINGS! I paid for chicken thighs, chicken breast if I wanted wings I'll pay less. The amount of flavoring was mediocre, Nene chicken used to be awesome, the quality went down a lot. Won't recommend anymore.

Had stomach problems after eating the fries chickens from this place. I ordered the same meals from 2 different locations and only had a problem with this NeNe chicken here at M-City. Never order from here anymore.

Went yesterday I was told there chicken was really hot as I enjoy hot food I hate hot sweet food I aaked all the questions I normally ask I asked any sugar or palm sugar or honey any tamarind anything sweet lady went and talked to guy preparing it came back and explained its 100% hot chilli nothing sweet I thought righto ill start with 6 pieces same for my wife I first I looked at it it looked like a shiny glaze thats normally a sign its sweet for me but I thought Okay I could be wrong I wasnt wrong it was so sweet my gums hurts I just spat it out my wife then started and she can eat sweet she said the lady lied it is sweet anyway not to make a fuss she helped herself to mine I went to go order something else but in all honesty I was that disappointed and frustrated with the fact I was lied to I just waited for my wife to finish eating and went somewhere else on the way out I quietly waited and told the lady it was really sweet she acted shocked and offered to put chilli powder on the chicken I said but you have cooked the sweet chilly into the food it would still taste sweet she looked confused I now personally when I went to korea there food wasnt sweet only in Australia the sweeten everything up the lady and the man were Chinese I dont think they new what they were doing perhaps stick to chinese food I hate being decived so basically I paid for there lies anyone who likes sweet food this is your place.

Just got my order a while ago from Uber ears, I ordered 40pc of chicken wings for 60$ something and see what I got! Lots of mini drummette and that is ridiculous.

Made a DoorDash. Ordered Nene Dosirak Freeking hot, arrived Drumstick Duo.
Food is cold, stale and old.never order from there again.

Food was OK. However, the portion is shockingly small. It's very misleading. We bought the MTW special which was supposed to be 2 drumsticks/thighs and a wing. The photo shows what we got.
The 2 chicken thigh were actually 2 pieces of half-thighs! Yes, that is right. A piece of chicken thigh cut chopped into 2! And that is 2 thigh pieces. Very misleading.
Won't recommend.

I know it is costly to operate a service on public holidays, but 15% surcharge is ridiculous. The more we support you the more we have to pay. Won’t be back anymore.

Love the Chicken but the prices are different in the menu and when you pay at the counter. Even staff didn’t inform us before paying

Ridiculously overpriced and slow, took almost 1hr to get me my order, wasted an entire lunch break. Wont ever Be back.

Absolutely rude staff. I asked for a plastic bag, and was told NO it's only for deliveries. I was left speechless even tho I had left overs from them.

I got here at Tuesday. It's quit busy here cause the lunch time. But the food is taste really delicious! I don't understand why get a lot of view for bad food, but when I got here the food and service are very awesome! The service let me feel welcome and friendly. Will visit again!

DON’T GO HERE *** 1HRS *** wait just for 8 pieces of chicken. There was 3 worker there, two cook and 1 service. The girl at the front seem she doesn’t care. And they were always arguing in mandarin.

Probably the best fried chicken restaurant you can get within walking distance from Monash university. Can be quite pricey compared to other fast-food chains though.
