NeNe Chicken M-City

Came out in 3mins (literally 3mins, have transactions too) was given old chicken or left over chicken. Staff also admitted that it was from the previous order. We were busy so we didnt ask to make a new one like other people get.

Always understaffed every time we've visited resulting in very long wait times, lots of menu options and flavours unavailable too

I can't believe I was standing in front of them and didn't realize I needed to order and one of the staff saw me and didn't react, they kept chatting until I greeted them a lady come over! Then when I ordered, I didn't hear what she was saying, and when I asked her to say it again, she raised voice and reluctantly said it again! If you don't want to serve customers, why force yourself into business?

Chicken is good but they are not licensed so you can’t enjoy a beer. My kimchi burger came with no kimchi ️.
And they seem to do A LOT of delivery so even if the place is empty, you might have to wait.

Incredibly disappointing service. The food was reasonably basic, but good. However, I would never go back to dine-in. We weren’t greeted upon arrival, and after asking if we could find somewhere to sit, we were given no direction as to how to order (no table-menus, order at counter). Staff seemed annoyed we wanted to dine-in. We also waited as many people placed & received their takeaway orders.
Again, the food was good, but would not return, nor order via Uber eats after reading the other reviews.

Been waiting too long. Staff are unprofessional, even when they finish order still not call out (30 mins). Never comeback again.

Food was average, chicken tasted as it should but it wasn’t at a reasonable temperature when it arrived. It wasn’t cold, but it obviously was out of the fryer for a while.

We went to order more food but we weren’t served despite waiting at the counter.

We returned to our table and ate the chicken we originally ordered and left. Ordered more food from another restaurant on the same floor to takeaway.

Other NeNe chicken outlets have better quality food.

Not the first time we dined here as well and food quality is fairly consistent as it was today.

Won’t be rushing back I’m afraid.

If anyone ask me what is worth to visit, kfc or this place? I would say please visit NeNe chicken. It’s damn tasty. You will also find the touch of Korean aroma in every dishes they have. Price is also very reasonable. A highly recommended place from me.

I really liked the food here. I've eaten at NeNe at other locations and it's the same standard which is good. They were sold out of a number of things (some favours of chicken, rice and chicken hotdog) but we did come at the tail end of dinner time and they're also a fairly new location. The girl at the counter was really polite about things being out of stock and happy to substitute the rice in the dosirak for chips. Overall, I enjoyed the food and will come again.

Service was sooooo good! Love the lady there (I think she called June? Not sure), she’s so kind and helpful. Chicken was delicious! Personally think NeNe is better than Gami.

Ordered via UberEats 6 Nov, 1.20pm. First time trying NeNe after a friend raved about it. THE WORST Korean fried chicken ever! It was cold and soggy. Even the chips were limp. You guys, please do not humiliate Korea as this is really bad Korean chicken. Why did you NOT fry it FRESH? Maybe it's better at other branches? Don't know as I will never ever buy it again!

Was told 20 min wait, but it's been 55 mins and I'm still waiting. Only ordered 1 item too. Seriously? !

Delicious chicken, our family favourite is boneless snowy vegetables and snowy chilli. The establishment is quite clean, however in terms of service its bad, they often get our order wrong (wrong flavour or wrong size) and charge incorrectly. They need to trained staffs for more attention to details when placing orders. Also everytime we ate there, food takes more than 30 minutes to arrive. More kitchen staff will definitely improve the waiting time

This is supposed to be their jumbo chicken. Called up the store and they mentioned this is what the company policy is - 600gms of boneless chicken.

Have ordered bonless chicken, but the portion is way too less than other Nene branches and other Korean chicken shops. Won't order again at all

Very delicious and freshly cooked crunchy chicken! Very good patient service and quick! The girl serving me on sunday is so cute and sweet.

Worse customer experience and service. The female staff was plainly rude when I asked about my order. Don't go there. Slow and wrong order.

The WORSE Nene Chicken in Victoria. Every time we ordered (Twice) from them the amount of time we got our food delivered for Take away was shocking 30mins and guess what it was not busy at all. We would never buy from them again.best Nene Chicken is in Fountain Gate

Ordered 50 chicken pieces but upon receiving the chickens, we noticed there was no radish or coleslaw as the side dish. When asked, the staff said we have to pay extra for it. Having told her we always get it as complementary but she said "no, you have to pay extra". Having eating lots of Korean Fried Chicken from different brands/restaurants including Nene brand itself, I have never heard of this. Other Nene shops from other suburbs would always give us free radish and free coleslaw as a complementary to enhance the taste.
With this experience, I would never go back here again or even Nene because it is so inconsistent with it.

Grabbed the Original Chicken Burger combo. Burger was cold and the bun was hard as rock, threw it out. The chips were okay though, wouldn't recommend this joint.
