NeNe Chicken

We ordered 2 meals and 2 beers which came to $46. The first meal (2 drumsticks, chips and salad) was ready within 3mins and sat there for 25mins while the other was cooking. The 12pc wings we ordered half and half with a large chips. Snowing cheese and Swicy flavours which were both so sweet we did not finish them even though we were starving and it nearly cost us $50. The chips were not seasoned and we requested salt as there was non available at tables or where serviettes, gloves & straws were located. The chicken was incredibly crunchy but a texture alone is not enough to enjoy a meal. What appeared to be the owner was eerily shadowing his staff and monitoring them at every station which seemed less appropriate than perhaps helping them set a better pace so customers aren't left waiting over 20mins for mediocre food. We will not be returning and would not recommend this brand to anyone. If you like Candy Coated Chicken you will enjoy this place. Instead of a spice meter they should have a sugar chart to allow customers to decide what level of sweetness their chicken is

If ‘Nene’ is Korean for ‘Cold’ then this place is excellent! But we won’t be back because we had to ask for both our burgers and wraps to be re-made. We’ll be eating somewhere the food is fresh next time. Chicken left out for a while at room temp is a good recipe for weight loss though.

Spicy chicken here is amaaaaazing. Staff are quick to serve, food is fresh, food is cheap, tables are clean for a food court area. Absolutely no downsides to eating here. Wish they had one back home in New Zealand.

Have eaten here with the family but I think there is really only so much you can do with fried chicken before the novelty wears off. This is basically a Korean KFC. It was nice but I think the Garlic sauce was terrible. So without a whole lot of choice other than fried chicken, it's not something I would typically keep coming back for time and time again. I've seen a number of people order from this place and then take it to other local eateries as accompaniment to other dishes. 2.5 stars

Good customer service. We ordered party pack of mix original and swicy. It’s crunchy, however Swicy was not spicy enough for us and asked the staff for hot sauce. The staff is kind to offer hot sauce for free. Thank you.

This place is always busy but that's because the food is awesome! And not at all expensive.

Alright Korean fried chicken. Gami is nicer and is opening soon though. Might give Nene chicken a run for its money.

Great tasty chicken! Must eat fresh, and goes perfectly with a casual beer, which they have on tap.

Swicy was too sweet, tried freaken hot which wasn't unbearable but will definitely have your mouth watering and lips tingling for a while after so be cautious but not afraid, again the beer helps neutralise this. I definitely recommend Bulgolgi flavour!

It's in the casual dining foodcourt area but is nice and clean and quick service too.

I paid 7 bucks for 6 tiny pieces of chicken also the sauce they gave was a quarter filled up. I asked for more and the wanted an extra dollar. Never coming back

My experiences have been inconsistent here. At times great food but recently standards and quality have dropped.

Staff are very rude and unwilling wanting to help you. My family came to try some of their food, turns out it was relatively expensive and wouldn’t offer more sauce. They are very lazy and the outcome, my parents were furious and do not recommend this place to anyone.

The small supervisor girl with the name badge Hong who I'm assuming is a supervisor was the worst customer service we have ever witnessed we asked about the wheels and what the seasoning was and she replied by filling a spoon with a powder and presenting it to us like what the hell do you want us to do with that explain nothing about the deals just totally a poor experience
