The food was amazing as always but the service wasn’t good. The cashiers are really rude and not approachable. I’ve visited more than 5 times and it’s always the same

Not worth ordering again. Only 2 staff members working at the kitchen whereas the rest of them are just standing behind the counter doing nothing. Waited longer than expected for my order. Will not be coming back. Also the guy serving orders for customers behind the counter doesn’t seem that nice

I've tried their chicken twice. I wasn't disappointed at all. I love spicy food, so you must be a spice lover to love their chicken!

The worst time we have ever experienced. We waited nearly 40 minutes for two simple meals. And the worst was that others were being served before us. List your game Neme chicken. You dropped the ball.

I feel the need to write this as soon as we started eating because it's that bad.

We had a big order around $80 we had preordered so the wait was not a issue nor was the service but the food yukkk.

Chips taste as if they was cooked in old oil making the chips stale.

Our mozerella stick was empty and one missing from the 4 pack.
All chicken pieces tiny and dry.

Ordered the original burger it was served with the wrong lettuce that was welted I had made sure it had cheese but the cheese was not on the burger the chicken was all thigh chicken pink and slimy and to top it off it was served on a Coles or Woolies Bakary bun not the bun as advertised.
And charging 20cent for napkins is just greedy. Overall overpriced and the worst food I have ever had we couldn't even eat most of it. A big waste of really let down

We ordered the chicken burgers at the counter and everything was fine until we were about to pay. We showed an entertaintment book coupon that we have on the phone, and all of the sudden, "we are out of burger. " No shame, not even bothered to think of a less dodgy excuse or to be less rude about it. This place has just been put into our blacklist and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about it too.

Staff is very rude. Waiting to long and saw the Chicken is ready to serve but he still talking, laughing and I am still waiting.

Chicken wings were very small. The spicy mayo was suuuuper spicy while wasabi mayo was tolerable. Staff are nice when we ordered.

Ordered 16 pieces of chicken and got 4. When they are busy, cut corners. Absolutely disappointed and I go here all the time due to working in the centre.

Hello, your food was good, however your service was poor. The worker acting as the manager (fat man) was really rude. I wanted to request a bag for my takeaway food. I was happy to pay for the bag, but the manager made a snide look at me and threw the bag at me, which was rude and not say sorry at all. Bad experience ever from your staff.

We come here a lot after watching a movie. The food is really well made and delicious and the customer service is alright. It's pretty good. 4/5

Ordered off doordash and they cancelled the order 30 minutes later and said they're closed. Why take the order in the first place? Absolute joke of a restaurant

Ordered boneless chicken and the chicken were so tiny. Paid $30* for it. Sadly I cannot attached photos for some reason but it looks like they just fried left chicken pieces and decided to call it a day.

Bad customer service and misrepresentation of dine in. Our order took more than 30 mins and they even complained about us dinning in when their tables wrote for nene customer only. Supposedly we’re not able to dine-in but there were other customers dining?

Decent chicken but they don't give table water. I guess it's too difficult for them to provide that level of customer service ‍️

You have a tap and you have cups. It's really not that hard.

When it opened up already there is no K dog and burgers. On top of that there is no classic range which I asked the staff they could not give me an answer. Despite of that the rice was not ready and worst of all, 15% surcharge for public holiday! Wow! First time see it in Melbourne. Let you rethink choose this one next time during public holiday!

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Half cooked cold chicken on the inside, said the store was takeaway only but when I ordered takeaway, I was given a bunch of boxes and refused a bag. Horrendous service by staff who look like they hate working there.

Staff ruined our order, kicked our family off their dine in table because they apparently had a prolly written sign saying take away only. One staff member told us sorry for mistake eat your dinner then manager came and abused us. Kicked us off the table, told us to eat our dinner on a bench. Then refused a refund. Worst service I’ve ever encountered. Avoid at all cost
