Naughtons Hotel

A nice gastro pub. Was in for a lunch and was great. Pricey but expected with the table service and good quality of food. I had a salad and it was very tasty.

We stumbled across Naughtons while exploring Melbourne and decided to stop in for a bite to eat. I'm so glad we did, food was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. I'm planning to head back very soon for dinner!

Dropped in on a Sunday avo, and boy what a sweet spot. We had the curry pie, and the ale was stellar!

Great gastro-pub to hangout, good food, just disappointed with the size of that med-rare Porterhouse.

Solid levels of and service.
Great location. Great atmosphere.
Post covid restrictions still getting in its feet but so is most of Melbourne.

Booked for a special occasion for 35+ people and due to forecasted bad weather staff went over and above to change it from outside to inside. Staff very friendly and super efficient. Food ordering was really well handled with food served quickly. Food was excellent. Helped us to set up display beforehand whilst guest at christening. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Great food and service. Had the dry aged steak, and flathead. Both were great. Only issue was steak was just slightly warm when it came out though other than that everything was great.

Very friendly staff.
Chips were great but we didn't get any other food so it's hard to review the food. Beer selection was good.
Will update stars and review once we eat a propper meal but naughtons ticks all the boxes for a post covid beer with your workmates.

Long time traditional pre footy venue when teams still played at suburban grounds.this place steeped in Carlton FC folklore.
Much more fancy/gastro pub than I remembered. Friendly staff and crowd. Extensive menu, classics and more modern available.

Wow! Haven't been here since they've done it up (years ago now) and the decor is beautiful and the food delicious. Highly recommend.

Two stars purely for the hotel not the pub. The pub is actually very nice with good food. The hotel room didn't have windows (there was this side glass that let light in but you can't see out) which was absolutely horrible, no hair-dryer and we smelt cigarette smoke on and off while in the room. My parents paid the same rate and got a much better room with window. I really had high hopes but unfortunately disappointed. A lot of money for a dungeon type room.

A friend place for a craft beer and good food. This afternoon they had the added benefit of acoustic music. It is definitely worth a visit.

Food was fantastic and the staff were really friendly and so on the ball. We were there with a group of 20 and they absolutely nailed it! Well done.

Naughtons Hotel has changed for the better. The uni/Sports pub has been replaced with a friendly neighbourhood bar and fantastic restaurant. Always really great quality pub food with a great beer and wine selection.
This is the best pub around the Parkville/Carlton/Brunswick area.

Very average food, portions are disappointing in size (e.g. Three tiny zucchini flowers are served for $17).

Great pub lovely staff. Except for that sort of stinky country looking guy always wearing shorts and a plaid shirt.

First time at Naughtons! Lovely ambience, relaxed setting, friendly staff. Enjoyed 'steak night'. Meat tasty. Look forward to another visit.
