Nando's Williamstown

Used to love this Nando's but the last few times we have ordered from here the food has been cold, soggy and badly presented. As others have said, the customer service is not just lacking, it's sometimes actively bad and makes ordering from here more difficult than it needs to be.

Decided to come to this Nandos for a change. But was extremely disappointed with my experience here. The place was very dirty and the tables were all sticky. The employees were extremely rude and gave no personality and made ordering more difficult than what it should. The customer service was poor. Also, the food was cold, soggy and badly presented. Never coming here again.

Staff are rude and don’t listen, have to repeat everything and still our order is wrong. This is not the first time either. Won’t be back here!

The Indian girl at the front counter is very rude has no manners she snatches the card from me and scans it and than doesn't give it to m in my hands she just put it on the bench and pushes it towards me i was also looking at the sauce she snaches it from my hands and say you will need to pay me.doesnt smile and when ordering she doesnt smile no manners feels like I am not welcome her I won't be coming back her again me and my wife she needs to learn some manners

Came in the other day and saw a customer try and fight the manager/owner.

He was a total professional in the situation and kicked this loser out of his restaurant.

Although the food is amazing I had come here 2 consecutive days in a row to be served by the same lady who had not the greatest of customer service. Not only did she get my order wrong, but her English wasn't great either making it hard for me to order.
I will still come to Nando's but to this particular store on an occasional basis.

Always a great place to have lunch or dinner. Consistent and delicious every time. Super speedy service compared to a decade ago! Peri salt will always be the best invention on earth and perinaise chip dip is a gift from the gods!
Comfortable atmosphere, with a laid-back style that always makes me feel like melting into my seat.

Disappointing. Very stingy on the wraps. 2 wraps only has 2 bits of chicken and thin as can be. Compared to other Nandos.they need to re evaluate their proportions. Never going back.

The Nando's experience can be really good, or really not, depending on the individual store.

Lunch rush on a Friday doesn't show this store in its best light, perhaps.

Food was okay. Staff ranged from nonplussed to downright surly.

Can't say I'll be rushing back.

Served efficiently although the lady that took my order may have a think about wearing some deodorant in future But other than that the chicken was well cooked!

One star is a compliment for this branch. Went there last night, the food was undercooked and taste nothing like nandos. Took the food back to say its not the same quality we usually have but The staff was very rude and no customer service whatsoever.total waste of time and money.

I like this place because I can chill there on my break and not get bothered by anyone and they've got bottles of different yummy Nandos sauces that I can put on my chips for free.

No matter where you eat Nando’s it doesn’t change. Had a good sized serve of chicken. Food was a good size. Only just finished it. Staff were nice.
Wheelchair accessible. Kid friendly. Reasonable parking. Great area of Williamstown with the bay so close.

Wouldn't even serve us a glass of water and when requested multiple times we were greeted with a arrogant attitude, i would wish this disrespect on my worst enemy. I'm a mum of four and have lived in Willi my entire life just so you know

Good Food with nice customer service. Specially interior design was really good and decent setting Arrangements.
