Nando's Williamstown

I had an awesome time while having food. The staff was really quick and ready to help. On the top of it food was finger licking yummm.

Quick service, very friendly, food was quick, big servings really nice! Cooked well, melted in mouth, delicious!

The food is great but I can’t stand the staff. They give you dirty looks and are always unfriendly, I’ve been coming here for years and this hasn’t changed. Service with a smile, people!

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I requested for tap water from the cashier for drinking but was rejected for the reason "we are very busy now, go sit down. " I believe this is the worst Nandos store in Australia. I highly do not recommend this store due to the cashier's attitude.

They don’t even deserve a star. Ordered food online using Nando’s website and the driver delivered it to the wrong place. Went to the shop and asked for our food and they told us we order through Door Dash so we have to call Door Dash. They do not have any idea how their system works. Called Nando’s customer service and they took an hour to come back to us with a voucher (Not a refund!). Will never order anything from Nando’s.

Food is delicious, it's made exactly how you ordered. Portion sizes are correct. But customer service is very bad, not friendly no smile, big attitude from the cashier, no care when serving.have to ask for extra plates water and glasses even though they can see how many people are seated at the table really

Ordered the smallest sweet potato chips which turned out to be a generous serve between two people. Very impressed.
Also ordered a mini cheesy garlic pita for $2.95 which was delicious.
The only downsides were the service and the toilet was atrocious. Overall for a place selling food, they need to up their cleaning game.
I've eaten at many other nicer Nando's.

Lettuce on burgers were old and rotten. The chips were stone cold although we ordered priority through Uber eats. For the money you pay, you would expect much more. Very disappointed Nandos Williamstown

Staff members were rude and unfazed when delivering food incorrectly. Orders came out wrong and when we specified it wasn’t ours they took the food that we had touched and delivered it to another table. Overall just an unpleasant experiences and as a young person who is quite considerate to hospitality we understand how hard it can be and tried to be kind but could not even get the bar minimum of a smile

I have eaten at this Nando's a couple of times while working in the area. The presentation and care of the food is not the highest quality in my opinion. It's okay for a quick feed if they are actually quick but otherwise I haven't really enjoyed a meal here, it is very much just okay. I wouldn't recommend the corn side, it didn't taste too fresh, it seemed like it came out of a freezer and was popped on the grill with a bit of char. Not a lot of flavour to it or anything, pretty disappointing. Got a wrap though which was fine.

Wrong face stuff! Even they dont smile for kids! They need lesson how to serve people for the business!

I ordered Nandos chicken for dinner on Friday 26 March-Order No. 23 for home delivery. Where is it? I did not receive it. Who is accountable for this? Nandos says DoorDash but it was meant to come from Nandos Williamstown.

Amazing place. Both indoor and outdoor dining is good. On a peer location in williamstown which creates amazing vibe and it's a very lively area anyway. Food there is up to Nandi's quality.

-there always seems to be hair in my food as-well as the staff hanging around the back on there phones and i usually need to make a loud noise in order for me to be served.one of the staff today smelt like cigarettes

Purchased so much from here whilst moving into my new home over the last couple of weeks and unable to cook. Orders were okay to start with but after a while ended up being missed, incorrect or cold. Today I asked for a replacement for the most recent incorrect meal which also ended up being incorrect. Really disappointing: (

Nandos Williamstown does not provide tap water, encourage people to buy soft drinks plus we are killing the planet.very disappointed

Beautiful friendly staff and great service.
The food was cooked perfectly and served fresh and hot. Would highly recommend Nando's Williamstown. Will always come back to Williamstown Nando's.

Good food, terrible walkways through the store - there’s room to run a line in and out on both sides but they keep the second door closed and people are tripping over each other getting in and out. 1.5mt? Forget about it.
