Nando's Williamstown

Hope they can improve their customer service. If your serve one customer make sure you complete their order. I ask for hot sauce she said only medium and i said ok. But i picked the order from different person and he didnt give me the sauce and no condiment for take away food.not happy, my first time there and bad experience.

These guys are amazing, super friendly service, best Nandos anywhere, they even remember your order if you a reg xo

Serving cold chips is not a good idea been coming here from long but past 2 visits terrrible pita not made as good as other nando's.

We liked the chicken and chips which were cooked fresh. The downsides to our experience were that the corn used was not fresh (frozen and then defrosted) so was mushy and still cold in the inside and the restaurant do not serve tap water.

Customer service could also improve generally.

The food quality was extremely poor. Got the salad and only 1/4 of the container had food in it. Will never go there again

The manager was terrible the coutomer service was also terrible really slow, I ordered 3 burgers for friends and they were horrible. They recommended the burger even after they said that they don't have the special deal. And tried to give the wrong amount of change twice.

Customer service was terrible. Manager so rude. He just wanted to quickly sold the food and take the money, he didn’t look after customer. It’s my first time there and never come again

Horrible staff and don’t even ask about that overcooked food. Please go somewhere else if you do t want to ruin your day.

I hate to be mean but this place is run 3rd world style! No care for customers. The only reason they are making sales is because of the busy area they are located at and less option for alternatives around.

I just moved to Williamstown and I've been here 3 times, each time I've been here, the staff are indescribably rude and for no apparent reason. I've been in waitressing for years and can usually empathize with wait staff, but the service here is next level horrendous. I'll never go back here and I love nandos.

Not deserve even a star.
The lady on the till was so rude and don’t even know how to talk with the customer. The management should take action against her and do not allow her to serve the customer.
I’ll never visit this NANDOS ever again.

The lady at the front counter was rude. Asked for a meal and she never gave the chips and blamed me for not being “clear”. The rice was tasteless she had an attitude and she attempted to scam me.the seats were greasy. This place doesn’t even deserve a star. 0/5

*Rude customer service.
*Ordered chicken n veggie burger both with soft bun but soft one were too hard to chew and stale.
No sauce for take out order or even along with chips.
Wont recommend and trying again here.

Rude customer service. Indian lady on register was talking on the phone to a friend while serving us, and wasn’t friendly at all. The manager needs to seriously consider who they hire

Food is usually always good but the lady at the counter is very rude. No customer service or politeness whatsoever, as I was ordering all she said was 'fast' as in telling me to hurry up. Would be a better experience if she wasn't so rude.

The lady at the counter (1.30 pm, July 8) seriously needs to learn some manners. Very rude. It’s like she is unhappy that she had to take our order. And it was moderately busy so she couldn’t have been overwhelmed too.
During these times, I cant comprehend why people are not thankful that they at least have a job.
To the owner, My experience was bad enough that I wont ever visit you again.

The girl on the register needs to know how to greet customer instead of eat chips and wipe her nose in front of customer and probably smile too.

This place is so slow and unhygienic!

Dirty plates outside with nandos sauces which flies are getting too. Extra extra extra slow indian staff working who clearly like to burn your Nando's.

No hand towels for drying your hands after washing.

This is my local Nando's. Customer service a bit off. No Nando's sauce available for take out. Won't be coming again: (

Superfuel salad with chicken tenders is awesome. Chips with peri salt also a winner.
Reasonable restaurant, plenty of tables. I’d go back if I was in the area again.
