Nando's Footscray

3 staff members were standing around chatting and when we finally got our food, they didn't provide dip that we paid for and put wrong ingredients on both wraps (and labelled them wrong).

Will not be going back.

Came in tonight with some friends and ordered the whole chicken, corn, Mediterranean salad and peri peri chips and was not disappointed.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back.

I had the quarter children meal. I chose grilled broccolini as the side. The chicken was well marinated and juicy, the broccolini was cooked just right, with still some crunch and has the charred flavour. My friend wanted coleslaw but it has not been available since the lockdown in Melbourne in March and return date unknown. They have a visitor log sheet for customers to fill in, or you can also choose to register online and order at your table on their online app too. Cutlery and peri peri sauce served to your table. Overall a good experience.

Great service, with short wait times. Nando's at its best. Eat in and enjoy the atmosphere or stop by for takeaway. Either way, you will not be disappointed.

RUDE staff, items missing in order and the staff refused to resolve! Poor customer service! Worst FRANCHISE!

If you like chicken you will like Nandos grilled chicken. Fresh of the char. I went there with my Craig and he got a chicken stuck in his throat so I gave him the Heimlich manouvre and got free chicken and the staff put me on their shoulders and chant my name. Ordered twice from this franchise. Both times, we DIDN't RECEIVE THE ITEMS we ordered and the staff hung up on us. Refused to assist us and were extremely RUDE!

I can't have dairy or soy so I've checked the allergen sheet on Nando's website before ordering.however, being cautious, I left a note to ask if any ingredient has changed and please leave me a note with the delivery so I know to avoid. I also asked not to ring bell or knock door as my baby was sleeping.well, the staff left me a note on the bag to confirm DF & SF, as well as a lovely message for my baby and I.kudos to the staff! It really takes away the pressure of navigating allergen foods for this new mother.thank you! Food is great btw:) now I have another safe food choice for Saturday 'date' night in isolation ^^

I ordered peri peri large frize specially i told that make crispy but it was not crispy i am very disappointed with it so please listen carefully what customer want

I made a call and ordered two whole meal BBQ chicken at 2.41pm. I told the employee that I will come at 4.10pm. I worked at Footscray hospital which is nearby. But when I arrived to pick up the food, the employee said that they did not even cook the food. I had to wait for an extra hour to get my order.

I strongly suggest that this restaurant needs to deliver and prepare takeaway orders on time.

Worst experience I ever had in Nando’s. The staff (Akshay) was very rude. They kept on serving online deliveries but never ever took care of customer waiting inside for their take away. I was there for more than 30 minutes and still there was no hope of getting food. At last, I came outside bare handed. I will not consider anyone to visit this Nando’s.

Fantastic Nandos. Staff are polite and the place is kept clean and well maintained. I would have absolutely no problem recommending this place to others. Keep up the good work! ^. _. ^

Possibly the worst nandos I have ever had. And this is coming from a guy that has worked for Nandos.

The basting used was watered down. It was old. I would love to see the quality of their kitchen there.

The chicken did not seem freshly cooked. I know that it wasn’t. Took 5 minutes to get there and it was freaking cold when I got it.

Peri peri chips was soggy. Nothing was fresh. It was disappointing to see such quality coming from the Footscray store.

First experience here and it will be my last.

We reached a critical point yesterday, where the value of the food experience became outweighed by the cost. The chicken was great: on the smallish side for a "half", but a half nonetheless. The sides? Meh. Chips were nice but tiny. Large? Nope, more like "large handful. " The coleslaw? Dried, shredded cabbage and carrot, barely moistened with mayo. Tasteless and irritating. We decided this was the last trip to Nando's we would make as a family. I will miss the chicken.

I was disappointed by the chicken ribs I ordered from the Nandos Footscray. For the price they did give 8 ribs but it was so less in size that it felt like the price wasn't totally worth it. See the picture attached so you can see what I am talking about.

My wife and I have been to 20+ Nando's around Melbourne and we think this one is the best. We get the salads with chicken tenders and this restaurant always gives us an extremely generous sized fresh salad with heaps of the good stuff. Staff are always pleasant and restaurant is clean. Totally recommend this place.

On menulog there is free delivery currently for Footscray Nandos. I ordered it when I was at my buddy's home nearby and wanted something to that is protein rich. Good was good and the sauce was used a lot and this is something I truly enjoy.

Food was good.but last time when i did a phone order for pick up. I ordered large chips plus large rice but i only got half filled chips and rice. Very disappointed
