Nando's Footscray

The perfect Nando’s. Without fail, the many times we have been here, the food has been prepared and cooked to perfection. Nando’s Footscray has perfection as their standard and I always enjoy every choice I make in my visits.

The team are friendly, efficient and work well together. The atmosphere is dynamic and the music makes my shoulders move as I utterly enjoy my meal.

And a massive shoutout to all the crew, will always have this Nando’s as my “Home Base” Nando’s

Second time here, It seems like a lot of new staff, who are all very lovely. But the chicken needs to be cooked longer, it doesn't have the usual Nando's charcoal taste as other restaurants.

So glad that this outlet has reopened, popped in today (23/07) and the food was outstanding. The staff were also spot on and very well organised. Was going to the Docklands outlet which was ok but Footscray has delivered very well.

Every time you go there they say only take away then why the management can't update on the website saying till 9 PM dine in after that only take away, so that people wouldn't show up, there own rules all the time. Love nandos but not that location.

I used to only enjoy KFC, but during our long lockdown, I started trying other chicken outlets. Some I liked, others not so much. I decided to try Nando's because they had a free delivery offer via their app. I really like their lemon and herb chicken, so tasty and moist but most importantly, healthier than fried chicken. Like another chicken place, finger licking good but without the oil. Now I order pick up from Footscray, usually half a chicken and some broccolini. By using the app, I get points which I have used for many free meals. It was my birthday this month and I received a $15 voucher. The staff here are very friendly and remember what I usually order. Although I have never dined in, the area is always best and clean.

The order i made for delivery included two large peri peri chips, but only 2 o 3 chips on top had a little bit of peri peri salt, it ruined our dinner.

They take long time to work in your order, recommend to go to another Nando’s branch if you want to get your order in the time.

Absolutely beautiful staff tonight, very kind and patient but also very efficient in preparing my meal. The food was phenomenal and I’m a huge fan of this specific location.

It's rare that I write reviews, but I just had to in this situation. There was a man that served me and my mate at about 3: 30ish today, and the gentleman (I believe he was the manager) that served me gave me the best customer experience ive ever had in fast food.
He asked if we needed a moment, didnt push us, took our order well and confirmed it, offered us a seat while we waited. And then we listened to him training a staff member how to cook. He did it flawlessly, didnt micromanage him, was kind, used inclusive language, just how one should be. He then gave us our burgers and wished us well, and it was the best burger from Nando's Ive ever had. I dont eat at Nando's a lot, I'm just hoping the company sees this and gives him a raise since they dont actually allow feedback on their site. 5 stars for a job well done.

I got lemon and herb and i found it veryyyy spicy like this is racist because as a white person i should be able to enjoy food without burning my tongue off.never coming to this Starbucks again

Jack the shift leader in Footscary nandos, he is always so welcoming and amazing at his job, I can tell he’s passionate about his job at nandos, the way he always greets me and always ask how I am doing and everything is amazing his customer service is excellent and that’s why I keep comming to Footscary nandos he always puts a smile on my face while ordering and very respectful to everyone who walks in the store.we need more people like jack and recommend him begin a store manager he would do very well:)

I ordered Paella for my dinner some time last week, Food was almost frozen. Meat was dry and tough.

Very nice people and well food is excellent. Cooking is perfect of 2*whole chickens very hot and chips. Place to dine in is good! Cheers! I strongly recommend!

Excellent food. The staffs are so generous. A bit difficult to get the parking especially on weekends and holidays. However, you will enjoy Nando's chicken.

Food often arrives cold if online ordered,
Staff often fail to adhere to order requests.
Frankly its a sad experience eating from nandos footscray. They are sure to disappoint

I've always loved Nandos chicken, it's the unique Nandos only peri pero basting they use on their chicken that sets them apart from your other typical chicken and chip shops. I ordered a full chicken with "hot" as my choice of basting, with two of their side offerings in this case being peri peri chips and spicy rice. They also have quite a few other choices on the menu which include awesome chicken burgers and wraps, to chicken tenders and wing, etc etc.prices are reasonable I think for portion sizes which are on the medium side. Chicken is offered in lemon and herb for those who can't do spicy at all. Highly Recommended for those in the search of great Portuguese chicken! As a side note staff were very courteous and service was quick and top notch.

First they completely stuffed up our order. Sent us a voucher but we can't use that anywhere because its not enough for a full order and you can't pay half voucher half card online. But we order again and they completely left the chicken out of my girlfriends salad. Absolutely useless.
