Don’t bother ordering from delivery service. They don’t have staff to fill the demand. I wait 1 1/2 hours to get to large chips. Disgraceful considering this is a fast food place

At 5: 35pm on Monday 15/01/2024 please check the cameras. The employee name is Kevin and he said he is manager there but I don't believe. He is an irresponsible and egoistical person. The other employee is good he made food at right time but this person neglecting in packing and using mobile in busy time. If any one asking him he gives rude answers. This type of employees effecting nando's reputation.

The food is delicious, the service is good but there is one waiter who is not at all pleasant, not rude but really no human professionalism, no smiles and really not pleasant at all, when this person serves I only want to turn back.
Otherwise it's really very good.

Came here for dinner tonight and were greeted by the loveliest woman with a huge smile. Her service was so warm and the food was made really well. Good to know this Nandos is so close by

Gosh Nando's is so delicious. Halloumi wrap was nicely presented, chip serving was generous in size and seasoning. Garlic pita bread a great entree. My go to lunch spot!

Staff was very unprofessional.
I was at the counter, and they were not looking at me. Although they were standing next to the counter.
The place was very unhygienic.
Spider webs were on the pendant lights, and tables were sticky.
All over place was not clean.

Sizes are smaller than they were two months ago, yet are charging the same price. Very deceptive and not nearly worth the price for what you get.

We had superfood salad with veggie patty and power up bowl. Both were amazing. Customer service was top notch. Highly recommended.

Worst experience. Drove all the way from Williamstown and ordered food. First they got my name wrong and then after ordering many things there was a special order of classic wrap with no mayonnaise and tomato and they did not give it to me. I was told that’s it was already inside the bag when it wasn’t. They don’t have a phone contact to even contact them. Last time that I’m ever stepping into that shop. - Shane

Absolutely awful. They dont care about quality abd reputation. The pack junk for you abd call it a complete order. Heres the latest example. I order an avo goodness burger (tomato, chicken, avocado, lettuce, sauces, mayo on crust bun) and the did pit any sauce, nayo or avocado on my burger. Just tomato, chicken and a single tiny strip of lettuce. Never again.

Soo good, I added roasted pineapple to it. Made it absolutely worth it.
And very nice service.

I've always loved Nandos chicken, it's the unique signature Nandos Peri Peri basting they use on their chicken that sets them apart from your other typical chicken and chip shops. I ordered a full chicken with "hot" Peri Peri as my choice of basting, with two of their sides offerings in this case being peri peri chips and spicy rice. They also have quite a few other choices on the menu which include awesome chicken burgers and wraps, as well as chicken tenders and wings, etc etc. Prices are reasonable I think for portion sizes which are on the medium side. Their chicken is offered in Peri Peri basting or, lemon and herb or for those who can't do spicy. Highly Recommended for those in search of great Portuguese chicken! As a side note staff were very courteous and service was quick and top notch. Note: They have a sign claiming they only accept card payments only, not sure how strict this is and if they would accept cash as I have only ever made payment using my phone. I'll try paying in cash next time for investigative purposes and let you all know how what happens.

I have been at this nando's many times and it's definitely one of the best. Staff is very friendly and chilled out. Food is delicious and this place has a very positive vibe. Highly recommend!

Nando's Nando's Nando's what do I say. Few of the last living and operating store that actually serves very good food like the good old days. Only complaint is that the service member not all but some service members were very rude as well the food very recently has become hit and miss. But never the less keep up the good work.

This nando is very disappointing. Bought takeaway from them 3 times, through app and in-person, always ask for extra basting but never got it. After 3 times I think they just dont care or lazy,

The new is really amazing, they know how to treat a customer with a smile and very quick with orders.

Great store, good staff, excellent food.

I'd visit for brunch, lunch or dinner. The chips are the best, the chicken tenders are great too.

I enjoy a wrap, cheesy mini pita, garlic bread and corn on the cob.

There is very limited parking outside so a bicycle or bus is recommended for easy access.

They often cancel orders with no reason provided, after being late for over 30-45 minutes. Do NOT order from Nandos Footscray if you are hungry and expecting it a delivery.

New owners? Quarter chicken and chips was terrible. Chicken wasnt cooked enough to get that charcoal crisp on outside was lukewarm and greasy, and smaller amount of chicken than what they used to.
Chips were smaller and sweet Fa peri flavouring. They used to give packets of peri sauce in bag not anymore. Prices have gone up, quality gone down, won't be going back.
