Nando's Doncaster

Love Nandos. Our Friday night dinner always comes from this store. One thing however bothers us. There are couple of staff members who either make mistakes or are unable to understand coupons or just orders in general. They are young girls and it's very annoying because they never apologise and give us looks as if we are the stupid ones! And yet we come here every Friday night.for the love of nandos

Not a bad Store. The food is good, although service could be better at times. Desi Aji's review should be taken down, as she is clearly mentally ill and calls all asians Chinese and blames the chinese for everything in her reviews. This Nando's store has had Indonesians, Vietnamese, Chinese and Caucasian workers. Most of the customers here aren't even Asian so I don't know what she means by only Chinese can fit in. As stated, good quality food, but service could be better.

Typical Nando’s. Food is tasty.facilities sub par being cramped and dirty. Large table for big families available which is usually free and which we enjoy.

I would love to show a picture of the mini chicken pita which is a kids meal for $12. Absolutely extortion with a hand full of chips

It's a stand alone Nando's in a strip shopping centre. Car parking is pretty good, atmosphere is good. Pretty popular.

I have always loved Nandos but east Doncaster store in Victoria was the worst experience I have ever had in any Nandos store. I stood there in front of the counter for 17 MINUTES no body even had the courtesy of asking me what I was there for, obviously I wanted to order food. Ended up getting take away from nextdoor which my kids don't enjoy but couldn't wast anymore time standing there like a nobody.
Would not go there again.

Very bad Chinese style serivice.no thank you.no offer of service.it like if you are there and they are doing some favor to you.not you doing favor to them by going there. Chinese owner Chinese staff.look like as if others can't fit in.

I have always enjoyed Nando's chicken, However from last 2 times we were not satisfied with the services and tastes. We ordered whole chicken diveded into 2 and in 8 pieces. It was a take away order. They said it is as per our requirements but when we reached home it was just divded into two halfs. We didnt enjoy our meal and it got wasted.

Slow service and the staff got the order wrong. So I had to wait so long for the correct dish to come.

Similar to others in the chain. Easy parking. Take away service can be slow as you can be behind app/online orders that you are unaware of when ordering, i.e you think your second but your really fifth.
