Despite being super busy, staff took time to clean a table for us. The manager was super friendly.

My favourite nandos franchise! Their customer service is always on point. All the staff are energetic and friendly, they go above and beyond to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Will highly recommend to visit!

Not only is there a table preventing you from getting close to the counter for “safety reasons” but now they’ve put up large glass cases, making it difficult to hear.

Organised some catering over 2 days for our workplace and the restaurant was super accomodating. Called and checked in with us the week before and then kept us updated when it was ready. And definitely provided enough food! Would definitely recommend.

Well, that sucked.
Went there last night, ordered whole
Chicken, small chips and a Superfuel Salad and Chook and one Diet Coke. Coke was not put in carry bag, the chips were all sloppy and really not up to the normal Nandos standard. Very disappointed

Very slow service, staff standing around while the line is going out the door. Store needs a good clean.

Stood at the front counter for a couple of minutes waiting to order (no one else around) while a server stood there. Didn’t get acknowledged, got completely ignored. Actively avoided me, so decided to go next door and grab a kebab instead.

A slight acknowledgment of “Hi there, I’ll be one moment. ” Does wonders for customers who are ready to order. People don’t mind waiting as long as they’re acknowledged and not blatantly ignored.

Food is always good. Would be 5 stars however every so often the burgers will have the smallest piece of chicken, which for the price is disappointing.

Used to be pretty good, last few times foods been sub par not sure what's happened. Shame though.

The girls are the counter are always unfriendly and look disinterested the whole time. This happens practically ever time we eat there. My partner and I will literally joke about the customer service as we are about to walk into the restaurant. Pretty disappointing!

We love Nandos and usually go to the one near our place. Went here today as we were in proximity but this store was very bad. Bad customer service, chips were just thrown into the bag and half of it was outside. Pita wrap had all the lettuce out. Not going back to this store ever.

This place has gone down hill so bad. Haven't been in years but probably won't be for another few. Waited over 45 mins to be served.

The food here is made to order, so all the chips, side and burgers are of great quality. Store is fairly clean and the staff are in accordance with covid restrictions. Great customer service and decent toilets. Would recommend for a good lunch or dinner meal! (The cheese pitas are great btw)

Initially the welcome of the staff was great. But when the lady in glasses approached us, she was rude and not very helpful. She was also not friendly. First she aggressively asked us to sign our details on the contact tracing sheet. When we told her we’ve done it she just turned her back. Then we asked for the side of cooked basting we initially asked for. She then said they couldn’t give it at all. They used to give it away before at the same restaurant but she really refused. The chicken was really dry and barely any dressing! Then when we were waiting near the counter so we can ask for take away box, she only looked at us and waited for the other staff to assist us. Lastly, the store had fly inside! The other staff were okay, except for the rude girl in particular!

Really good - they never get anything wrong. Can be busy, ring they still do phone orders instead of internet only like most Nando's. Easy. Takes 2 seconds to order on the phone.

Met a good, responsible guy who realised I was waiting for my take away, which was held up at the counter because the buzzer they gave me was faulty. The food turned cold and he offered to make new one for me.

The fat Asian guy at customer service is worst. I don't think he understands what customers are saying. And people in counter do not have courtesy to ask standing customer what they are there for. Customer service is massive disappointment

Poor customer service. Just walked away while I was placing the order without saying anything. Made us wait for 15 minutes before coming back, was just processing other orders and inspite of asking, didn't even have the courtesy to ask us to wait. Ridiculous customer service by one of the staff.

Service is subpar, depends on who you get at the counter. Quality and taste of most dishes seems inferior compared to other Nando's locations. I've experienced this on a few occasions which I'm attributing to being take-away due to COVID and not being able to eat in. I hope it improves soon.
