Nando's Doncaster

Dirty burgers - I'm a fan of nandos but this branch keeps serving burgers with lots burnt gunk from the grill. This is not healthy. It would be nice if they cleaned the grill more often. Overall staff seem disinterested and waiting times of 15minutes+ are not uncommon. The branch at westfield doncaster is much better. Can't wait for them to re-pen after the lockdown.

I love Nando’s. Great food at decent price. Gets very crowded on weekends. Difficult to find a place to sit

Customer service needs some improvement however the food was absolutely amazing, would definitely buy again, but the customer experience could use some improvement.

Decent food. Staffs seem bored and uninterested on most occasions but maybe that's just the nature of the job.

We order Saturday lunches here for our workplace. Normally $150 worth. Every single time it’s wrong with food missing.

I have never had a good experience at this Nandos.
The staff are rude and unhelpful.
It always takes so long to fill the orders.
I reluctantly go to this nandos and it’s only due to convenience.

Wow one of the best nandos chicken I have ever had around Melbourne,
Chicken cooks perfectly with tender and moist inside, highly recommend,
I am a good fan of nandos have a meal atleast once a week for last 11 years,
I will start visiting this nandos regularly as it is hard to find good grillers these days,

A healthy grilled chicken burger with a choice of spicy flavors. I hope the store can provide water. Environmentally friendly recycled napkins are great！

As I'm allergic to onion & garlic (alliums), I knew I couldn't have any of the chicken options on the menu. I ordered the Superfuel salad, not expecting much to get excited over (I came here as hubby wanted to come for lunch). Salad arrived - I was suitably impressed! Delicious & filling (and no allergic reaction).

Regular visitor to Nando's as we love there spicy char grilled chicken. This store is not bad, staff are friendly and our meal was served in less than 5 minutes. The store itself is starting to look a little shabby and could do with some TLC. Our "tear and share" platter was delicious with just the right amount of charring on our lemon and herb chicken.

The owner is shifty and bit racist as well I just stopped by passing through doncaster First they make you keep waiting and pretend they are super busy No manners the owner look at you strangely and unwillingly take your order Next minute some local regular customer comes and suddenly he becomes super friendly Couldn t understand the double standards what this idiot is upto Anyways nando s love brings us there

I have been going here for few years now, usually food is better as compared to other nandos, , but occasionally can be a let down, , could do well but ensuring the cutlery, glasses are a bit cleaner, Also, some of the kitchen staff stand right in front of the restaurant and smoke,, as my kids love NAndos, , but I think its time I move on to another place as the last few times have been a let down by the food

Super slow to prepare your food, tables most often are messy and you end up cleaning it yourself, expect long waits even for take away.

This nandos is consistantly terrible. This occasion i phone ordered. When i arrived people came in and received their order before me. After 20 mins i asked the staff how my order was going. They looked confused. Another 10 mins pass and my order is finally ready. When i get home i discover that the chips are totally covered in peri peri salt (the kids cant eat them) and 2 burgers are burnt. I go to this nandos now and then in the hope it has improved and each time im dissapointed. Just stay away from this one.

Food and staff were very nice but the tables, cups and plates were so dirty! Tables were sticky and the cups had chunks of food inside like they had been washed in really dirty water.

Chips was loose all over the bag, sweet potato chips were burnt, recommend use a bigger bag or box for chips

Nando's is not bad but I've found that over time it's becoming cost prohibitive as a family. Or perhaps that what fast food is becoming. Portion sizes are okay but for a hungry 18 year old son, it's just not enough to have one burger.
For a family of four you won't come out under $50.
The staff are always lovely and very helpful. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good parking at this Nando's.

We as a family were regular customers of this Nandos. Recently had bad service and bad attitude experience. Never going back to this Nandos again.

Unlike many other Nando's outlets that I've been. I personally think this one is still the best. One main reason is because they always serve you chicken thats not burnt. It always comes nicely chared and still juicy on the inside. Also the outlet is always clean. Keep it up guys!

Ordered take away in store at a non busy time. I Watched 3 people who ordered 10 minutes after me leave before I did. Burgers sat there for 10 minutes, by the time I’d even left the store they were cold. Staff are useless, this has happened 3 times now.
Better off driving to a Sydney store than coming here. 10/10 would rather eat dirt than return here
