Confused staff doesn't understand the customer's order properly and takes a very long time yo make the order. Gives priority to Uber eats orders rather than dine in customer. Never come to this place.

Extremely disappointed. This is the 3rd time they have not gotten the order correct. They missed the fries pathetic

I honestly don't know were to start. Half the things we ordered weren't there. The things we did order didn't really match the description. I ordered the smashed avocado burger. The burger was so small, the grilled chicken tasted like fish, soggy and couldn't taste much besides spice. There was supposed to be some yogurt in there with the avocado but I couldn't even taste the chicken sometimes (Probably made the order wrong). The only good part of the meal was the fries and half of the weren't seasoned properly. To also add on to the missing other half to the meal when we did go there they said "We did not pay for the other half. " The funny part is we told them what we wanted including the other half and she said the final cost and we assumed we paid the whole thing and keep in mind we said everything we wanted to order and even told them that. It's honestly really pathetic to say that as we did say everything we wanted. Not to mention the portions of food couldn't even feed a colony of ants. If you don't know what I'm talking about, I am basically saying the meals were to small for a "Large" meal which is pathetic. The only good things I can say where maybe this chips but that might be pushing it. It was cheep considering the quality was questionable (Bad quality). Nandos wasn't always that bad and their food was enjoyable and tasted and looked great. I don't know if it was a bad day for them or new business practices but something needs to change because there might be other Nandos out there which people like and decent place to dine out. It seems this location ruined it for the rest of us. After scrolling down the reviews, the place has a bunch a negative feedback for a really long time. I will not dine there again at least for a while and I really hope they read this and hopefully change that so Nandos can be an enjoyable place to dine. As for me. I do not recommend you to dine here and go to a another location with good reviews.

Hot, Freshly cooked and staff are very kind also the restaurant is actually clean! One of the better nando’s

The worst nandos I have ever been too
Manager was so damn rude
The chips were half cold and asked to cook it properly
She came and snatched the food off us and stormed away rolling her eyes back
Spoke with the manager even though the worker with the attitude was part of and the manager we complained too even put on a smirk while the missus was explaining to him
Really nandos?
I would of preferred to go to maccas and cope the teenagers attitude instead

Nando's is known for its freshly cooked food. But here in Dandenong Plaza, we got such a poor service and food here (we came here first time and never going to come back to this place). The person at the register didn't know his job properly, so confused himself. Nobody was around to help him take our order. And when we got our food. It was so cold. We had to leave it half eaten which has never happened before. Usually we go to Parkmore Plaza Nando's which I feel is the best.

Absolutely disgusting.rude management that can't even apologize about my complaint himself but sends his staff to do his job!
My first and clearly last time I'll be eating Nandos!

My son ask the idian girl for serviette she stated that you don't have it i sent him back to the Australian girl straight away they gave it to him how can you underestimate the children when they ask for something that you should provided to the customer Hope that your employees have respect to all the customer. The overall experience and the food served were very satisfactory. The waiter was very polite and helpful. Love to go back.

Their food is good and tasty but for service needs improvement. I ordered half a chicken with chips and salad for 2 the food was enough and tasty as ordered (HOT)

The atmosphere is generally quiet in Dandenong plaza.

The nandos made me sick
And they gave me a cracked glass
It took about 20 minutes for them to get me a new one

The restaurant is very clean and inviting. Which makes the atmosphere of the restaurant a place that I want to go back to. The takeaway food that I ordered from here was fantastic and value for money

Very bad service. Had to wait 30 minutes for order, on not a busy day. Plates stinks, dirty water bottle. Chef has no idea what they doing. Unprofessional. Was not like this before. Getting worse. Nandos should look into this issue.

Best Nando's I've ever had. Chicken was so soft, salads so fresh, decor so clean. A+ highly recommend. 10/10 would visit these hot chicks again.

Nandos is my favourite place to have my meal but the nando’s in Dandenong plaza I hated it the plates cups and cutlery was not washed properly after seeing that my mood of having lunch went away.

I would have given 5 stars if the place was a little bit cleaner. Otherwise great food, friendly staff & awesome music.

Worse nandos crew ever. No sauce were on the shelf. Paper napkin dispensers were not filled, waited more rhan 3 minutes on counter for someone to take my order where 3 crew members working just 2m away. This is not peak time in plaza. Afrer 8pm Saturday. Only few more customers were in the restaurant.

Understaffed therefore they were unable to clear tables before new customers arrived. The food was OK but could not find any clean cutlery.
