Nando's Dandenong Plaza

Terrible service. Charged me $22 for a salad and act like I ordered the wrong thing. No apology but the smart guy behind the grill says it will take 3 days to go back in my account. I don't think your customers are the most important thing to you guys, you are more important it seems.you should take cash so your customers are not inconvenienced!

It took 55 minutes to give an order of 1 whole chicken and no minimum proper customer service, staff doesn’t even have minimum common sense to inform the customer that it’s going to take more time and when asked they told 10 minutes, and so rude to tell the customer that they served the food on time after delaying for 55 minutes…. What a waste of time no option to give 0 star other wise i would give a big zero for the customer service and how they treat the customers. Never coming back.

26/10/22 11 am on Wednesday went to dandenong nandoes to buy chicken but there manager or supervisor girl was extremely rude. She talking like robot with rudness. She not deserve that position or she need training how to deal cutomer.

This place is filthy. Chicken’s ok. A lot of people sitting here for a long time even after finishing their food.

Looks like they are under new management. Well staffed and excellent, courteous service. They even have ketchup in bottles. Something you rarely find at other Nandos restaurant.

So bad experience we had few times but this time was worse than other times. We requested to make it well done and cut it into small pieces. We have received our order not even properly cooked ‍️ And worst customer service, that guy was (serving the food) so rude and careless, he doesn’t know how to talk to their customers never going back this store again….

Ordered take away, got home and what i got it burn chicken, all bitter and burn, waste of my money.if i close i would have ask for another one but it will cost me uber. Never have this problem before with nandos.so disappointed

I have asked to change my chicken twice because it wasn't cooked. Don't make mistakes I love nandos, I always eat this food but they don't know how to cook in this place.

Horrible! First of all there was a piece of hair on the chicken in the paella! The lady over the phone when I called to complain about it was extremely rude and unprofessional and made it seem like I was lying about it! Secondly the garlic bread was burnt and charred! Stay away from this place! Awful food and customer service! Ruined my dinner! 0 STARS!

I am f@#@g disappointed my order arrived 5 minutes ago with uber.i ordered whole chicken and plater and spicy rice and large spicy chips. This is the second time from the Dandenong plaza branch the first time the spicy rice was not in the bag i didn't bother to contact you guys now my spicy large chips was not in the bag. I have tried calling you guys numerous times and voice messages we don't take calls. I am very disappointed. I will not buy from you guys again.

Had Nandos here twice. Both times perfect. Ordered through the nandos app for delivery once then pickup. Really friendly staff. The wraps and the chips were awesome.

Been dining here for some time but lately the standard of service has dropped. Either they have run out of items or long waiting time.

Second order from here, the first was perfect.
This order was a paella with extra pineapple
A grilled tender
A garlic pita
And a large chips

I paid $1.50 for 4 pieces of pineapple!
The chips were left on their bench not even under heat, so they were cold and soggy, don’t even get me started on the paella I’ve never in my life had watery paella.the garlic pitta had a hair attached to it.oh the coke- wasn’t cold either.won’t order from this store again.

Ordered take away here today. Order was for a whole chicken which was very dry hardly any sauce in it. It was almost as if it wasn’t Nando’s. Never had such bad experience with Nando’s. Give this outlet a miss I guess.

I have never been so sick in my life. Yesterday I ordered a haloumi burger and chips. I'm currently in hospital unable to drink water.

Would give them zero stars if i could. Ordered food nearly an hour ago through door dash, said the order was picked up however the wait time kept getting longer and then the order got cancelled. Tried ringing the store to ask why and kept on getting an automated voice mail. Piss poor effort on their behalf for not picking up the phone.

They dont even deserve 1 star. I ordered meal through their app for delivery. They said I receive in 20 min. 30 min later i called them where my meal is they said i will receive it in 10 min. And 1 hour later i called them again they said they are waiting for me to pickup my food. I explained it supposed to be delivered. They put me on hold talking to each other and thn said they dont know. So i ended up picking up my food when they were about to close the shop.

I gave them only 1 star because they served me burnt food then raw pink and refused to make another one or refund my money
