Nando's Dandenong Plaza

I came at Nando’s at 9: 35, tried to order and I get it, we couldn’t dine. Makes sense no fuss. The girl who served us said no dine in I said okay I’ll do mobile ordering, she didn’t say anything. Didn’t tell us we can’t order online after 9: 30pm. When I tried to order, couldn’t. I went to order through them again and all I got was attitude from the guy, I don’t know his name but he was skinny. Very rude. Needs to learn some customer service.

Arrived at 9: 30pm, waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order, while there was 3 people in the kitchen filling orders. We stood there ignored and then when he finally got to us we were told no chicken left. Fair enough but the attitude from the guy was very unpleasant. If you close at 10 I expect to be able to order up until 10. Anyways maybe try a customer service course for some of your employees.

Very poor customer service and rude staff!
Spent 20 min waiting in queue to order, only to be told to use QR code or order online. Excuse was that there is not enough staff. Time to find another Nando's

Fix your damn opening times I drove all the way there on a Friday evening to find out the place is not open!

This store Manager is very very rude. No sense to talk to the customer. Her service is zero.nanod's is my fav. I never see this such kind of unethical behaviour towards customer. She (dont know name) behaved very rude to other customers as well.

Worst customer service ever. The girl who served me was so rude. When i asked her to clearly note about my special requests like cut in 8 etc, she was mean and asked me she is the one who cooking the chicken and she knows better. I asked to call the manager because i was so disappointed and pisssed off with her attitude. The manager came out and helped me. The girl didn't settle with that she pointed me and talked about me to the other staff and was having that look on me. When manger asked about her rude behaviour she justified herself and talked about me so loudly so i could hear while sitting on my table on the other end of the resturant. I wonder who gave her that customer service position.worst experience ever.not coming back

Very bad customer service I ask for some extra peri peri sauce and the staff was arguing over sauce.

Its a shame tasty nandos got so weak service in here. We specifically asked for well done chicken yet we got undercooked. Couldnt even eat half of what we order.

Orded online, no ready text. Arrived at time they sent in confirmation text, waited 10 mins while people in kitchen chatted and joked aroundand checked phones…finally some pulled my food from the warmer.only to open and take a bite to taste dirt. Lettuce was covered in dirt. Disgusting!

They are understaffed.very rushed and was quite rude when i requested a refund due to the food not being what i wanted. Also no dietary allergy options such as gluten free etc

Had a worst chicken ever and customer service. I ordered online the whole chicken when i picked up and checked the order there was no sauce upon asking apparently the fat indian guy with black beard and hair gave me two sauces when i asked for one more he told me in a rude way that thats the max we give. Anyway when i arrived at home, instead of whole chicken there were 3 breast pieces and one leg piece which was not cooked properly it was rough and hard.

Wait long time didn’t get serve, disappointed, I just got half hour for lunch. Staff is not friendly at all.

Used to be good. Ordered today, couldn’t eat it. The bread was so old and dry and they gave me sweet potato fries when I ordered peri fries. Very disappointing.

Food here is a whole sweetness. I love that.
I put 4 star for service so that they can pace up there order processing

I’ve tired to eat at nandos dandy plaza 4x this week and every time past 11: 00 (my lunch break). Every single time the store wasn’t open. Maybe you should change your business hours if you don’t follow what you say.

Can't go wrong really! Expect a wait during peak hours, but that's because they're grilling your chicken on the spot!

Bad customer service!
I only order from this branch if I can't go to other branches.

By far the worst Nando's store I've been to, made online order and got a text order will be ready aproxx 30 minutes times, got a text later order is ready, went into store they said few more minutes, 30 minutes later I get told another 5 minutes. 50 minutes from the time I got text order ready the order is still not ready! By far THE WORST Nando's. AVOID

This time they have added the grill plate burnt parts in my paella. I have also ordered and the food tasted off inedible.
