Nando's Carrum Downs

Awful customer service. Rude management. Ordered through Uber Eats. Waited 1 hour for the app to say it has been delivered but never was. Called the store to try and sort it out and was finally put on to the manager to be told it isn't their problem once the food leaves the store! No help at all. Not one bit of sympathy to my situation. There was a 4 year old waiting for his food that never came.
The customer service is appalling and I dont know how any good manager could possibly think its ok to speak to customers and handle situations in this manner. I will never come to this store again and I will tell anyone who will listen in the area to not go there either. Absolutely disgusted and dissapointed in my experience.

Great tasting food especially the burger, I am disappointed with the layout of the chips though. The chips are stuffed into a tiny bowl, conserving the heat and the bottom, making the chips partially moist. Moreover the seasoning was simply sprinkled on top meaning the chips had inconsistent amounts of seasoning sometimes even overpowering.

Friendly and fast service. Clean toilet. Plenty of seating although it doesnt look that big from outside.

Sorry guys but was very disappointed in tonight's order. The food was dried out, and tasted yuk. There was barely any chips and for the price you pay that was terrible food.

Staff are always friendly and polite. Food is always fresh, hot and ready quick! Clean space as well.

There have never been any issues with eating at this Nandos. They have always been efficient, produced delicious time and time again. Very caring owners, also got complementary meatballs!

Been here a few times lately, staff are nice. Food and service are good. I was disappointed when the corn was cold inside. Would go again as the rest has always been ok.

Served me undercooked chicken and the best they could do was give us a refund the NEXT time we were in.sorry but never going back.thanks for putting my unborn child at risk

Great food as always with a good beer and wine selection.

Easy parking out the front which makes it easy for a quick lunch or dinner.

The completely stuffed up our order and when I rang them to provide feedback was told it's not their problem. Worst customer service and the food was half cold. I won't ever go there again. So unprofessional

So yous absolutely destroyed and my last meal and it wasn’t cooked through then made me sick called up to complain because your chef needs to learn to cook something through was told I’d get a free one. Have now tried calling 20 times but you’d decide to take your phone of the hook complete and user useless.

Bit of a hit and miss this place sometimes outstanding other times you want to bin it. Seems to depend on who's working when you go in.

Best Nando's in the South East of Melbourne! I have been to many different Nandos and the chicken will be dry or chips not crunchy. Carrum Downs Nando's is always perfect i have learnt my lesson and will not go to any other store.:)

Loser Loser no chicken dinner. For the second time visiting this store there is again no whole chickens for sale? Is this a ploy to get you to buy alternatives that get supplied on stale pita or wraps.
I love Nandos, but this store is not one of the better ones.

Tried this place out tonight, management frantically trying to put out fires (metaphorical)

One register open, generally taking about two minutes per order (trainee I suspect)

Took eight minutes to actually reach the counter, waiting space for take away is. On existent.

Very very bad experience.

They rarely answer the phone for call through orders and constantly pick up and hang up on you or take their phone off the hook. Always saying it will take around 15minutes and most of the time you wait for 40minutes. Service is terrible HOWEVER the food is cooler very well!

Got a 1/4chicken and chips meal. Was awesome when it came out. The chips were nice and hot and the chicken was cooked perfectly. Great and tidy dining area. Really enjoyed my experience at Nando's Carrum Downs. Thank you!

More expensive than Maccas but 1000 times the flavor! I go the pita pocket with cheese and onion yummo!
