Nando's Carrum Downs

Terrible service @ Carrum Downs. Ordered @ 6 51pm food ready @ 7 38pm! Was told 20 minutes wait & order was 8 ribs, chips & corn (regular). After asking was told waiting on “ cobs”after 10 minutes it was “chips” when finally given the order chips were warm at most (also a few sweet potato in the mix!) & ribs weren’t half hot half bbq as ordered but both hot!
This is not a cheap fast food & a better standard of service is expected. Membership number: NAN2793779

Order tablet left on for Menulog saying venue was open and then shut early. Ordered and waited 2 hours for no food. Equally nandos and menulogs problem. No dinner tonight. Thank you. Either stay open to the advertised hours or amend your hours online.

Ordered at 12.44 standing here at 1.25 still no food, I feel sorry for the Uber eat drivers who assume the food is ready and have to wait 30mins+ I think you shouldn’t wait over 35mins for take away even though it is a little busy

I love Nando’s, but the Carrum Downs store stuffs up my order at least 90% of the time, which is a major hassle if we get delivery because we can’t check it. From missing extras that we pay for in the burgers, to giving us the completely wrong order, it happens so often that it’s just not good enough. Pity the Karingal store closed, they were good.

Didn't receive my order at àll.can't contact anyone, they don't answer the phone. I'd like a refund!

Let down by terrible DoorDash delivery service. Waited 50 minutes for the driver to deliver an order (3km away) that was ready 18 minutes after ordering. Will only be picking up from now on.

Waited over an hour for an order placed online. Burgers were stone cold on stale buns with the wrong basting. Garlic bread cold. Chips hot.
Multiple customers trying to get orders canceled due to the wait and quality of the orders.

Saw staff not following hygienic practices! Took 30min for sides to be ready. Cheesy garlic pita was nothing like I previously had at other Nandos. It was cold & rubbery by the time I reached the car 20m away!

Terrible service. I waited to be served for 10 mins. They thought i was a delivery driver. I just left. There not getting a cent from me ever again.

Slowest service ever nearly 1 hour wait for chip 4 BBQ ribs and chips told 15 mins when ordered

Always woefully late for online orders.

Without fail they will be anywhere between 20-30 minutes late for pick up orders. But don't worry, they get the Uber Eats orders through quickly enough.

Absolute disappointment. The place had run out of grilled chicken. A grilled chicken restaurant that had no grilled chicken. Ordered a burger, overpriced and hardly enough for an infant. It tasted awful. STAY CLEAR!

I gave them 1 star because there is no 'Zero' option. Nandos Chicken ran out of chicken. Go figure. So the options were burger, and, burger. So, I got the burger. Oh, the 'Supremo Burger'. I was expecting an amazing feast considering I paid $14 for it. I wish I never even entered that shop. The chicken piece inside the burger is hardly enough for an infant made with the most awful sauce I have ever tasted. I used to have the normal grilled chicken and that was overpriced, but edible. As of now, I have decided to never even consider Nandos as an option for food.

Ordered Superfood salad on Sunday which should contain Quinoa, sweet potato, avocado, feta, mixed lettuce, cucumber, tomato served with balsamic vinaigrette & chicken tenders if you are happy to pay $15.45 for a bowl of mixed lettuce with 3 tiny chicken tenders, rock hard avocado, 3 chunks of cucumber & red capsicum & a small amount of sweet potato with no quinoa, feta or balsamic vinaigrette then going to Carrum Downs Nando is the place for you

Chips were soggy, chicken was different flavour to what i ordered and garlic bread was also soggy. Why cant you make your food fresh considering im paying you good money? Disappointing.

Wish not just this place but every nandos puts the salt seasoning all over the chips instead of just on top and the chicken is good but the sizes are a rip off with barely any meat on it

The food here seems to be made quicker than at other Nando's that I've been to. The staff have always been friendly and I have never received a wrong order.

A good place to have a quick meal. Chicken tastes the best while all the other dishes are provided in a low quantity.

It was good just love the peri-peri sauce. Service was pretty quick and a bye on leaving which was nice
