Nando's Bourke St

Given Nando's is a chain brand, their food is the same. What makes them different is the quality of service.
Burke street, is a Nando's that treat their customers with care, respect and level of service like an independent restaurant.

The food was cold and not up to the Nando's standard at all as i have been to different nando's 1000 times. So guys i wont recommend this one but any other.

BEST sweet potato chips in Melbourne. Absolutely perfect every time no other Nando’s even comes close!

The chicken burgers are well overpriced with not much chicken in it at all.there's nothing nice about the bread either, normal bread rolls. I don't appreciate paying $14.45 for a miserable chicken burger in stale bread
$1.50 extra for one single slice of cheese is also a joke.
The standard and quality both need to be raised at Nando's, I don't understand how customers could possibly be willing to go through this sort of service repeatedly.

I don't know if it's because it was a Holiday, I did not like the quality I was given at this specific branch.

Super friendly service, food came out quickly, everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Made for a great meal break.

I was bought 8 chicken rib today at 11: 40am something for takeaway 4-5 pieces was burn skin. How can you sent this out?
Im a fan of nando but this time it was the worst. Please QC for chef who cook it all time. It busy but not to sent a crab food like this. Thx you

It's a nice enough Nando's, a little noisy but servers were nice. The table service system confused one of the servers but otherwise good. Food was okay, came out quickly, was reasonably priced and if you download their app you can get some good offers!

It's okay. Not the best service. 1 of our orders was not done as requested. Had to take it back to get toasted. Seriously.follow customer instructions! Apart from that it was just okay. $27 spent. I've had better service at other Nando's outlets to be honest. Men's toilet wouldn't even flush! Disgusting. Won't go here again. Sorry guys. Just being honest with my review.

The expected Nandos meals coupled with the best host, in Victor, you're ever going to meet just a superb place for a quick bite

Set in the city in Bourke Street this Nando is lovely and spacious with lots of seating. Extremely clean each time I have visited the staff take pride in making sure that tables are cleared quickly and that the salad and sauce bottles are replaced at the general access area. Food was what you would expect at Nando, fresh, hot but the same at every store.

Nandos what more can I say, absolutely delicious. We ate here two night’s in a row, the restaurant itself is super clean and nice! The people working there are friendly

Service was really quick although its a bit hard to understand the server with the music turned up as high as it is. We struggled through and got there in the end. Friendly service. Food was delivered quickly and was three usual Nando's level of quality and taste. Entrance and bathroom are #accessible just. #letsguide

Smelly toilet! Why don’t you care about the hygiene? The food is good so as your business but customers wd like to enjoy clean space as well.
