Worstttttttttttt customer service by manager "Dang". He is soooo rude and does not know how to speak. He doesn't deserve to be a manager. Should know how to speak to your customers and be polite. Never recommend this place

This is the only Nandoes I go to that seem to be saving money on the chicken tenders in the wraps.
I complained numerous times I’m not ordering a Vegi Wrap it’s called a chicken wrap so put the chicken in the wrap

Enjoyed coming back and was happy that service was a still as good (pre COVID) and food as tasty and delicious.
Was really busy and had to wait for a table but food came out quickly.

A terrible chicken experience, good if you are staving in the middle of a dessert and got nothing to eat!

Great tasting nandos and food is always good but staff seem overwhelmed and this decreases the quality of service and they’re a little unfriendly.

The manager Mona is a very disrespectful, doesn’t knows how to deal with customers. Definitely doesn’t deserves being a manager. Total stuck up!

Staff was helpful in redeeming nandos app perks + ordering and doing a combo transaction. She was very patient and so was her manager! Quick service, delicious peri peri chips as always!

Mild chicken tenders were not hot at all! Seriously disappointing, there was hardly any sauce at all. Supremo wrap had so much lettuce.

Everytime I order thru ubereats you guys never put sauce packets in the bag. Your reputation is literally built on chicken and sauce, why would you not add sauce packets to every freakin order! The ubereats app has no option to include the sauce packets and no one can leave notes on their orders either.

Mixed review. - food was fast and quickly solved-

Bought tenders a burger (supremo with no tomato and add pineapple, a whole chicken with chips and corn.

The burger came out smaller than expected with tomato and no pineapple, we returned it for them to swap them over and say we were wrong and they brought it out how we asked.

The tenders for what they charge are laughable at best. 4 tenders the size of a pinky finger on a massive plate with a singular leaf of coral lettuce.
-they returned with an extra tender-

The chicken was great actually with a decent size chips and corn.

Tried lemon and herb chicken for the first time and it's really tasty. But the garlic bread is not so nice

Not much on the plate for ~$15. No cutlery. Didn’t listen. Tasted great though and good quality.

I won’t be back for tenders.

Ordered a veggie pita and after 15 mins got an uncooked veggie patty inside my pita. Not only that when I was returning my uncooked meal, there was another customer returning their uncooked order. Absolutely disgusting and shameful on Nandos to be serving uncooked food to their patrons!

We were there nearly 3: 50 pm today (06-12-2019), as Nando's is one of my Favourite place. We ordered full chicken and when it came it was very dry, no flavour as i used to have from other nandos, no spices.

When i told this to the lady over there, she even don't bother to listen me properly and her behaviour was very very rude. She was behaving as if she was doing favour. Just remember: because of us, you are there!

Very dirty, old and falling apart furniture. No napkins on the table. The food served cold with uncooked rice as a side.

There is not enough peri peri salt on the chips, especially take away. They just put a litt bit on top and none at the botton. Happens everytime.

We were order chk.its not fresh and to much dry. The lady who was standing over there to deal wid customers her behaviour was too rude.never go back again.

Delicious food, lost a star due to the Cobwebs on top of the lamp posts! Above the seating area table.
