Nando's

Let me just start by saying I have worked in hospitality & the food industry for over 15 years and I have never experienced waiting for a wrap & chips for over 45 minutes, not even during peak hour nor were there any cutlery. Won’t be attending nandos at highpoint again.

Ordered vegan pita with haloumi. I got served the thinnest and the tiniest haloumi piece ever served by Nandos Australia. Literally it was the burger and sauce with two tiny pieces of haloumi. The service was good sorry to tell, I won’t recommend haloumi pita for anyone.

I love this restaurant. Food is always of such high quality. Staff are friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favour and try it for yourself.

It was nice place with a lot of space as compared to the nandos on some other floor. We got our food on time and enjoyed it. Would visit again next time in highpoint.

It has been a while since I last visited a Nando restaurant. I must say I really like the seating arrangement and the booth at Highpoint. Provide cushion great comfort and some privacy as well. I was looking for a quiet place to dine away from busy noisy open food court.

I bought quarter chicken and chips with drink. Really looked more like a juvenile quail and chips. I was still starving. Chips were good but not many of those either. For nearly $20 that's really poor value. Add to that the place looks like it has not been upgraded since the early seventies then the overall experience is woefull.wish I could be more praising.

Ordered take away and asked for extra basting, chicken was great, saucy and not dry, amazing!

This appears to be the less busy Nando's at Highpoint, and presumably doesn't do online ordering to avoid confusion. The food was great, as was the service.

Such poor customer service here. Trading hours stated open until 10pm, however, when we tried to order take away at 9: 15pm, we were told the kitchen was closed. Mind you, the restaurant was FULL of guests and grill was full of produce that was being cooked. Staff had little to no concern nor were they apologetic.

Do Better

VERY POOR SERVICE… They closed 1 hour early because apparently they don’t have chicken. When speaking with the manager, he suggested that they had closed the oven early because they can’t be bothered cooking more chicken. 6 people were turned away.

This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
If you don’t want to run a Nando’s joint don’t open the business.

Nando’s don’t have a closed kitchen time.
As they are a fast food restaurant, they are supposed to close according to the prescribed time…

They didn't put the right sauce on our chicken and to fix they just brushed it on and sent it back out, the sauce was still cold. Terrible customer service.

The owner understands the value of getting the order right on the first go! Food prepared right and served with a smile. Great customer service by the franchisee and her team.

Food was good as always but service was very slow. We were in the store for 20 minutes already and have already ordered food, since we were a big group we kindly asked the staff with rainbow hair if we could move the 2 table which were not cleaned up yet to merge to our tables to which they proceeded to clean another table which was expecting no customers. 5 minutes later they come to clean the tables we needed and asked if we wanted 1 table or 2 to which we replied 2 tables. A weary and theatrical sigh was exhumed as they moved the tables and complained about how it's busy and it's going to get busier.

On the other hand, the other Asian employee provided very good service, he was very kind and apologetic to us

Can’t go wrong with Nandos! Plenty of seating area plus an outdoor area. Plenty of staff so the tables are always clean, sauces are stocked and the wait on the food isn’t too long. I’ve eaten here a number of times and it’s always been consistent.

Worst experience ever. Got the 4 peri peri meal the tenders were packed in a paper bag. There was practically no sauce on it. The portion size and quality is very different from other nandos. Do not recommend this one level 1 nandos is way better

Wrong advertising outside to deceive the customers to get in the store and when asked that outside board says different price.you get the rudest reply we don't need to honour it as it's an old pricing.
Rude customer service

It wasn’t my choice to stay to eat here as I would have left to pay cash somewhere else. Then the waitress put our plates down while saying do we mind the chips are 2 minutes old or something to that affect. I think they were more like 10 minutes old as some were stone cold. Then to top it off my burger bun was so stale. Won’t be back.

The staff were friendly, quick to serve and the food was delicious. I recommend the extra hot supremo wrap.

I like nandos! Nandos will always be best south african food! The nandos are everywhere but here the nandos are juicy and they cook it just right and chips are cooked just right. Ambiance also good its comfortable.
