Nando's

Dine in was a good experience, good atmosphere, people keep to themselves which is good. Food was amazing loved it. The chicken was perfect and the sauce yummy. It is self service had a place to wash up which was great. Will definitely go back there. They give customers what they want in orders i love it.

Food was ice cold and tasteless. What was once a great restaurant is now horrible. Will never come back and recommend others to not come here.

Been here a lot of times, love the place and the people that work here. There’s one member of the team that’s always been outstanding and I’d like to mention that Prince is just awesome to deal with with every visit. Thank you so much buddy well done. Highly recommend

Today my family and I went in to do some shopping but thought we would stop by Nandos for some lunch. Upon arrival, we had noticed a few empty tables that had meals looking like they hadn’t been touched. We assumed the people must be around in the place. We carried on to the counter to place our orders. The service was quick and friendly.

When our food arrived, It looked delicious! We were ready to dig in as it has been so long since we’ve had Nandos. Sadly, our meals weren’t as good as they usually are at other stores. This place their food tasted so bland! The worst part had to be the fries. We got sweet potato friends and periperi Fries. They had way too much seasoning or salt! We’ve never had it taste like this at other branches sorry. It was Just way over the top with the salt it literally put my family off the rest of the meals. It was then, we had realised why the empty tables we had seen upon entering the place were still full. Not enough seasoning on the chicken but way too much for the chips. We couldn’t even touch our chips. We wasted the whole lot. A lot of the plates that were getting cleared we noticed the same thing, all of them came back with bowls full of chips.
I won’t be surprised if you guys don’t realise that there is something wrong seeing all the amount of chips returning back to go straight into the bin! Please tell whoever it is that is seasoning the chips to bring it down a notch because who can eat chicken without the chips? It was such a struggle. We wasted most of our food. It’s such a shame because we’ve never experienced this issue with food at any other Nandos we’ve been too. The whole experience was just disappointing except the customer service. Thanks

Went here 2 days in a Row! The freshest meals and the most friendliest staff! Greeted on arrival and farewell us. So good to see happy positive staff in this industry.

Very rude stuff and not really assisting you with any thing u ask water we don't have clean the table I had to do it my self as they don't care.even soap? They don't have.how would u still operate.

It's always a special night when we have Nando's. I've been a customer of this outlet for almost 5 years now but never reviewed. I was single then send visited by myself. After getting married, this was the first time I visited this place and after a very long time. I was surprised to experience juicy, well cooked and soft chicken. Even my wife loved it. Now onwards, we'll definitely visit this outlet more often.

Nando's is my go to healthy option. Get the extra hot pls and a trio of bell pepper sauce. Thank me later!

Nothing against nandos but the person who cooks is butcher not capable of cooking.
I spend 45 dollars and what I get is not even worth 5 bucks. He definitely need another job or proper training. Waste of evening for my mrs and me. VERY BAD BUSSINES not going to high point Nandos again. -ve10/10

Very good experience. Due to Covid 19 their is no dine in option available currently. Might be they will be open to public for dine in after 90% vaccine done but take away is Amazing. Staff is extra ordinary polite, welcoming and cooperation. They are taking care of hygiene according to instructions. Floor is super clean too. Handling the crowd really well. Had a very good experience over all.

Offering delicios flame grilled Chicken, Salads, Spicy Rice and the Hot Sauces which have msde Nandos Famous.
Staff are friendly and Sevice is Fast.

Nandos service is ridiculous, phone orders are no longer available, online orders are no longer available, the points system to deduct money is stupid. Since they stopped taking phone orders ive been there approx 80% less and im sure i am not the only one.

Well we always ordered take aways and today was the first time we decided to eat inside. For our surprise the place is awful, dirty and in bad conditions. We're wondering if that's the outside what about the parts you can't see? We're not sure if we'll be eating here again.

They had an usher. Who was assigning seats. Unfortunately we didn't get indoor seating. The usher suggested to either wait or check if the weather outdoors was ok to sit. Service was quick. Got wrong order but food was great so didn't bother telling. Peri peri chips and sweet potato chips is amazing.

Great service as always + quick serving time. The wrap and chip portions are reasonable and filling.

Portion sizes far below the nandos standards. Also saw the male manager with tattoos, yell orders at his staff quite rudely which was very uncomfortable to watch. Not the first time I've seen this behaviour as well.

Great chicken and chips but I have had bad experiences with burgers here. Buns tasted stale like they were were taken out of the freezer, microwaved then pressed with a grill. Chicken patty was dry.

Friendly staff, I've order Roasted chicken, it's wasn't even clean properly. Still remain chicken feather on the skin. Never order chicken here.
Not so hygienic at all.

My experience here wasn't great.came in a group of 5-6 ordered 2 family feast for dine-in. We sat there waiting cracking jokes and after 40 minutes looked at each other wondering where our food was. Spoke to the manager who might have been the owner and he apologized and after 1hr 30 we finally got our food and all that was offered was sorry and 1 free sauce.definitely won't be eating there ever again.

I ordered a supreme wrap it was no thicker than my thumb literally had like 2 strips of chicken felt like I was just eating bread. Definitely not the amount I’m use to at other Nandos and certainly not worth $10. Portions should be standard accross.
