Nando's

Ordered a whole chicken with 1 large side, lemon herb flavour. Waited almost 20mins and to make matters worse. Its not even lemon herb but charcoaled. They gave me extra sauces but its medium heat. Totally not worth the wait
or the money spent. Couldn't take it back as this isnt my local and i only discovered this as i got home.

I ordered through Uber eat, but what was the matter with the 1 hour wait? I would like to ask if all the staff in the store, including the branch manager, can eat this. What you do is horrible I lost my money to buy But what can be more than a beggar has eaten I want to know how you will be responsible for this.

Of course the food is delicious and the value as well as price are fair.
The staff is in pressure from the work and orders, not that friendly.

Good food but they don't accept cash feels rude knowing I have perfectly fine cash that is legal tender to order my food to be told we don't take cash, it's okay nandos kfc accepted my cash

I eat Nandos heaps and this Nandos was particularly sensational, in everyway actually.

Staff super friendly.very clean, the chicken was cooked fresh way better than usual. Salad was cut finely and dressed well.

Worst customer service ever! Will be contacting Head Office tomorrow to make a formal complaint.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered off of Menulog and didn’t receive what I originally ordered. I called up to let the restaurant know and they said they couldn’t help me and to order (and PAY FOR, AGAIN) a replacement meal. Why should I pay again when they made the mistake. The person I spoke to interrupted me and called me rude for expressing what happened, refused to listen to me when I requested for the proper meal to be delivered to my house and hung up on me. Will not be ordering again, and will not be recommending to friends or family or social media. I will contact head office. Disgusted.

The food and experience initially was good on June 10,2020. I cant give names as there was no name tag but she had curly hair.
She was polite until when she told we had to leave because as it was closing hours and we were still eating as we had to wait for our meal.
The person in the kitchen who had a long face came to see if we had left and since we were gobbling down our food. She was grumpy and should stay in the kitchen if she was going to behave such.

Ordered via Doordash with specific alterations to the meal for allergies and intolerances. I've ordered these combinations from other locations with no issue. However, some ingredients were mistakenly left in, others mistakenly removed, and all in all what should've been a delicious dinner was inedible. I hope the restaurant improves and more care is taken in future.

Our go to place for cheap eat and when No food is cooked at home. Great healthy food and great for families with kids. The Staff is friendly and waiting is never too long. We love their chatgrilled chicken and salad dressing. Wish them to ad few desserts on their menu. I'm not a fan of their wraps though, they are quite dry and bland. Burgers are just okay not too impressive. Chips are awesome esp the Peru Peru fries

The service here was above and beyond tonight! The Manger Sumeyya went out of her way to make sure we were served the freshest food and the store was very clean Thanks for the great service we definitely will be back

Was here last night and ate in. Tables were dirty apart from 1 so we sat there. The self serve cart needed to be replenished. All of the sauce bottles were disgusting and had sauce dried up at the top. I’ve been to several Nando’s and this one was the worst. My pita was put together very sloppy but my friend’s paella was a generous serve.

Very very bad service.ordered to have food in there but took more than 30mts so requested for take away.again it took 8mts.they give preferences to uber eats.t staff are slow talking & having fun. Will never go back

The staff here have no comment sense in doing a simple serving customer. I was the next in line he decide to walk off not serving. It’s busy he have to go and cook understand. But there was barely any customer inside restaurant. Out of all the Nandos restaurant I’ve been to this one provide the worse customer services that I have to give a bad review. Toilet are stink of pee and light doesn’t even work can’t even find cutlery and any tomato sauce on the table.

Appalling! It took half an hour to recieve our order! It had been sitting on the bench and we only realised it was ours when the girl behind the counter picked it up, bagged it, and gave it to us - COLD!
We definitely won't be returning.

I haven’t visited Nandos Speingvale for 12 months. Must be knew franchise owner.

Extremely unclean! Toilets are dirty and smelly, left over mess on tables, drinks fridge was a qtr full.

Nandos head office - i’d suggest you conduct a surprise inspection - this branch is not doing the brand any justice with owners that maintain such poor standards.

Ordered two burgers for home delivery. Both burger buns were stale but also one HAD MOULD ON IT!

I order online. Keep ordering 2 separate 1/4 chicken so I can have both thight part. I put my note in but they ignore it. Three times this has happened. Griller seemed pissed I am picky.

They served my food more than half an hour late and when I asked about my food, the lady at the counter was rude and did not care. She asked for my order again and did not get it right in the end. Would not recommend the service here.

The shop is located in the main road and parking is a issue as it is hard to find a parking spot. The place needs more staff members as they cannot handle their lunch time orders. The good position and size is good. The staff are helpful. There is a usually a 15 -25 min wait during lunch time.
