The points rely souly on the sweet man at the front having to compensate for the lack of staff in the kitchen… this store is a sad and pathetic representation of the nandos brand.
Waiting over a hour to be told “the kitchen made a mistake” and waiting a further 20 minutes … disappointing
For a store with only 12 other people and 8 tables I would definitely consider Pizza Hut as an alternative you’ll save not only time but money.
Still delicious chicken. Good portions, though chicken is a little smaller than supermarkets. But it makes up with fires tangy flavour!
Chicken in the wrap was not well cooked and average in test.
Atmosphere was not so fresh. The Nandos usual touch was missing.
Long waiting time to order the food.
My experience with my order tonight:
- The 3rd times they did not put the dressing for my Garden salad. Very annoying.
- I always put the note on my online order with NO SALT on my sweet potato chips, but everytime, they still never look at the note before they cooked. Always salty.
- I worked at many fish and chips shops for many years, so I know when the chips are overcooked or refried again. My chips were refried chips, not freshly cooked chips. Maybe after the staff there recognised my note, so they tried to get rid of the salt by put them into the fryer again, but it did not work. Looked terrible, tasted oily and still salty.
You better check your order before you leave. I did not check the salad, only checked the chips and realized they were salted. But I still left bc I dont wanna make a scence there. Next time I will!
The dirtiest nandos I have ever seen. No sanitation precautions, the kitchen is insanely dirty and cross contamination of food. The employees are extremely rude and will laugh in your face if you ask for something THEY forgot. Will never go back. We have reported them to health and safety as well.
I've been going here for years and noticed some disappointing things.
Firstly, as soon as I enter I get asked to order through the QR code, why? It takes so much longer. Why have the till in the first place if I can't even order normally?
Secondly, its a hit and miss with the chicken, sometimes it's so burnt that it surprises me that they think this is something Ill eat without problems.
Third and lastly, they are so scarce with the basting.
It’s clear that the staff is prejudiced. Overall, appalling customer service, but it seemed they treated Muslims even worse if you asked them to make the food halal. The man who served us was very condescending and rude. In addition, they screwed up our order twice and the chicken was cooked poorly. Spend your money elsewhere.
We Order full chicken, chips and a kids meal, we order and went for shopping because we were told its gonna be 20 min for order to be ready and after 20 min we came back and they were still preparing so nearly after 5 more minutes we got the order and came back home and when we open the chicken box it was all burnt and was missing the kids meal, i will never recommend this place, people are rude and unproffesional and they messed up the order all the time.
Everything is good except that food takes way too long. We waited for 30 mn for our food to come out. Too many waiting queue. Other than that everything else is fine
Was craving a nice superfuel salad Ordered from menulog. Came Up on app as delivered when I never received tried calling phone only to be told disconnected. Not happy: - (

Food was amazing. It's nandos, I mean can you go wrong with that.
Service was long, but the shop was busy.
How does this place open on some days and not others and why is their drink fridge always empty. They ask what drink u want yet there is only 4 types to chose from (aside alcohol) this place really needs to get their service better such a shame because Nando’s overall is a good restaurant.
Every now and i then i try to go to nandos and only to find its closed, happens quite ofter, might as close it permanent
We went to Springvale Nandos at 9.20pm and the closing time was 10pm on website. Guy cleaning said they are closing and no food left except chicken he got left for himself to take home. Said he was Kidding then. They might want to change closing time to 9pm instead of 10pm and lots of people left hearing the same thing.
Most pathetic nandos experience ever. Was told for a 2minute wait on the food, they still couldn’t give out a complete order after 1hour with cold fires, burnt garlic bread and wrong chicken order.
Shame that 10 people were waiting to get orders for around 40-50min whilst the store kept taking online and walkin orders. Poor management, not coming back again
Hours online & on the door say till 10pm but the lights were off when I stopped by just after 8pm with no note on the door or anything.
As stated in the picture, I waited beside the sign waiting to order for dine in. No customers were in line except me. Staff were doing their job as usual however the front girl was on her phone on a call to someone for quite some time in front of the register but I was still happy to wait until she’s done (assuming it was a delivery partner call or something related to work). As soon as she finished the call, she continued to walk around chilling while I’m trying to make eye contact with her so I can order. Not until my partner walked up to the register to the front worker asking if she’s ready to take our order because we were unsure of the process and just followed what the sign had told us to do. I would have appreciated it if she had told us when she was ready to take our order instead of standing there wandering up and down and waiting for us to walk to the front not knowing that we were told to wait.anyways - all I’m saying is that I was disappointed with her and wish she had helped us out first while she wasn’t doing anything
