Nando's

I’ve been coming to this Nando’s since it opened back in 2005 (I think). It’s definitely 100% one of the best Nando’s I’ve ever been to. Sometimes I’ll get an order where the chicken is a bit dry, but more often than not I’ll get an extremely juicy chicken with hot and perfectly salted chips. Absolutely love this Nando’s!

Firstly don’t force customers to order via the QR menu code do you bloody job and take my order.

2 meals took over 35 mins to arrive on our table, after leaving it underneath the heat light for 15 minutes. Asked the young lady to reheat the dish and waited another 10 minutes.

Stop prioritising uber eats orders and focus on your dine-in customers.

The best Nandos I have been to.
I usually get takeaway from here but the chicken is consistently good and the chips are always fresh. Better than all the other Nandos stores out there!

If it says on the internet your open what does that mean will be taking my business to parkmore they know the meaning of advertising there open

I ordered a share for two with large sides.my rice was immediately served first and our chicken and chips came out 15 minutes later to find chips were drowning in salt and chicken under cooked with lots of sauce burnt all over it.i asked to see manager on two occasions first time I was ignored and then the second time I walked to cashier and asked for manager to be told she is on her break and she cannot speak to me regarding my complaint.let's say the staff need to be trained on customer service & cooking.

They should keep the restaurant more cleaner. Tables are not cleaned, the floor is sticky also the toilets. Not happy with their cleaness.

Very disappointed with the quality of my salad. I paid extra $2.00 for avocado and got the size of my little finger. I should've walked over to Coles and bought a whole one for less than that price. So upsetting considering I work at the Spotlight next to it. Will be informing my colleagues

I mean I always go to Springvale Nandos and sometimes they cook it well and sometimes are just straight-up burnt chicken. Also, you can only pay by card very unfortunate for people who only pay cash. Well not on with burning the chicken just cook it perfectly next time and hopefully you'll let customers pay with cash once this current climate ends.

The food is expensive and is not even worth $5
I bought this burger its just a little chicken letuce and tomato. They forget to add my cheese paid for $3.5 never go there again

Please fix your door. Your main door is so tough that i need full energy to open it. I’m sure other customers have faced this issue.

Very disappointed with the food ordered today, i feel like wasted money. Spicy rice are like tasteless and chicken as well not tasted good.

Nandos is one my favourite Restaurant. I just love Nandos Chicken and chips

Ordered 2 whole chicken and chips for take away. Got home and there was no chips and burnt chicken. Will never come back there again.

Worst worst worst service! Unfortunately, Visited this place today at 1: 40pm. I was standing in front of the staff girl working at the counter, she ignored me as if I am asking for free food! Obviously, we pay for what we order! After facing such ignorance, had to walk out if their so called nandos! Never gonna visit in future!

We ordered chicken several time and its never ready. They always gave wrong time. Then after, made excuses for delay. Worst service

The staff here are so nice and helpful, at least the two times we've been there since our closer one closed, and the chicken has been of decent size and really tender. I'm really happy with the service we've had here with people checking we're happy with everything and that makes a difference to me.

Nandos on Springvale road. There was a lovely young lady working on Thursday 13th of May I believe around 2pm or so. Her customer service was exceptional. Our table was wobbly and she came over to help us fix it up and asked us how our meals were a couple times.
She had a very friendly face, was very considerate with a great attitude. Keep finding people like this!

My friend and I stopped for a quick meal after work. Good service, good food, and clean premises.

I try to order online to avoid the rush especially as I don't eat in as much. Can't really comment on their burnt chicken fiasco as I come in for the pretender burger and peri-peri chips and they're usually pretty decent (though sometimes I have to add my own peri peri salt because it's not coated enough). There's a good amount of parking but it's supposed to be one-way from Springvale Rd so sometimes you have issues with driving in and someone else is heading your way when they're not supposed to.

This was terrible. I literally waited half an hour and you weren't even busy. For burned chicken and salad that doesn't have any dressing. How can you serve this to people honestly.
