Rude manager.
Had ordered mild sauce chicken tenders for kids.
Kids could not handle the spice. Did not take it back and was arrogant when I explained that to him.
I had to pay for bbq ones.

Terrible customer service!

Best nandos iv been to the food was so fresh and delicious you can tell the quality in the food.

I live 2 min from Nando Belmont and when my delivery came he left it at the door but didn’t knock to let me know. Luckily I heard the car but chips cold chicken cold. So disappointed

I love personally love Nandos. But, I specially called the store to let them know that they put extra basting in my order as Uber eats didn’t give notes option but this is what I received. As everyone one know that if a person is ordering through Uber eats or Deliveroo or any other app the basting doesn’t last long so when we ask for extra basting this is second time that has happened to me I didn’t even react first time. I’m not at all spending my 22 bucks for this kind of food. When a customer specially calls you please make sure that you are able to meet their expectations I hope this doesn’t happen next time.

The manager and staff went above and beyond for my colleagues and I who had our first team lunch together since the pandemic began a year ago.

The restaurant was clean inside with great staff and perfectly good food. Outside, the carpark and outdoor food area had many empty paper bags from McDonald's blowing around. The Nando's staff kept picking them up and bringing the rubbish in to their bin but it was endless. Such a shame!

Lovely meal. Nothing was s hastle. No phone orders accepted. Could only pay by card, which I could do. Busy (Fri 7pm), but moved orders through quickly.

As Nando's fan, we have been many Nando stores in this country, but this one is exceptional. Worth of 5 stars. Food is always good, hospitality of the staffs are perfect completion. Well done guys!

Very unprofessional and pathetic service.
Pick up large meal, got home and no chips and drink in a bag. At least check the bag before giving to customer. Calling a store won't help either.

Ordered 2 meals, delivery, 1 with sweet potato chips that cost a small amount extra, order arrived without sweet potato chips. Would be nice if delivery orders were double checked before sealed and sent, because I can't do much about it now.

Ordered lemon and herb was served with spicy chicken.had to cook the kids a different dinner when got home because they wouldn't eat spicy chicken.such a disappointing experience to travel over 25 mins to a store.have pre ordered online and arrive early so that we can collect order fresh to find order already sitting in bay Marie, to then travel over 25 mins home and then have to cook something different for the kids.

Since this managment took over, every time we have ordered there has been consitent stuff up and incorrect orders. We stopped going, but recently we thought to give them another try, thinking maybe it was teething problems. But no.
And worse still, when I called the manger was rude and completly unproffesional and completly unwilling to rectify the issue, claiming they were too busy, and to take my issue up with uber eats (this time it was a delivery, but the treatment in person previously has not been that much better). Plenty of other places around belmont that have a good feed, don't bother with this lot.

My whole chicken is lucky to be a half.i have ordered the exact same meal for years.i wont be back after this

The task of providing chips that have life left in them or evenly distributing the salt mix is beyond these people who have the collective wisdom of a eukayotic cell. And because you don't answer your phone, here is your feedback.

Food was late and when it finally arrived it was cold. Nice flavour though. Needs more staff in its busy hours

Good food, customer service a bit distracted which was tricky for my first time here in understanding the menu, but friendly in the end. Needs more seating, quite busy on Friday.

Worst experience. Order was 35 min late, when it finally arrived, the drinks were missing. When you try to call the restaurant they are too busy to pick up. How do you get your drink?

Worst nandos I've had, bun was stale, chicken wasn't freshly cooked and service was poorer. I won't be back
