Nando's

Standard menu but very good service. Although the restaurant could do with more than one AC on a hot day. I visited when temperatures were above 38 outside and it was boiling inside.luckily we got a corner right in front of AC but I did notice many people struggling with heat in other parts of the restaurant.

Useless service, especially from the young man with spectacles.

Absolutely disgusting. Found hair in the food, and was pushing us to do on online application for a refund and then proceeded to give a refund…so was just trying to avoid the direct refund. Disgusting place too, avoid at all costs

Hmm you have to order takeaway via a website. Took a while to do so but got it in the end. The meals came reasonably quickly once the order was in. The Greek salad with chicken tenders was nice, less spinach and more feta would make it nicer.

Service!

You can get chicken and Peri-Peri at every Nando's. But the Service and commitment you get here is hard to come by.

Food is great but the overall service needs to be looked at. Firstly, being forced to order online, through your phone, when in store is a no go - this isn't easy and user friendly. There is also no way to directly contact the restaurant when getting food delivered. You need a phone number and you need to be able to be contactable by your customers!

I miss how available nando's used to be. They were everywhere, when we are in the area we drop by this nando's. Geelong West went a while ago sadly but this one is fantastic. QR table ordering is super fast and easy, the food was so good! Friendly staff and a short walk from the Belmont market. Open one in Lara please! We're lacking good food and variety out here.

Took a while to order as I had to setup an account as takeaway orders have to be done online. The food was tasty enough except the chips which was to salty but not spicy. Once the order went in it didn't take to long to get it.

I don't think I have ever had a bad meal, service or experience here ever. They are the most friendly and helpful staff i have ever seen in one resturant, I have gone to this nandos for years and this one stands apart in the quality of the food and care for their customers.

The owner is amazingly lovely and always says hello to my partner and remembers his order whenever he's there, it just shows the level of care and service the whole staff of Nandos Belmont has for their customers and the food they serve.

If your after a flavourful and delicious meal where the chicken is always juicy and the chip are always hot, fresh and well seasoned come to Nandos Belmont!

Love this place and can't recommend it enough to anyone looking for a nice lunch or dinner in Geelong.

Contrary to other reviews, I had a really good experience here. The service was good, they were accommodating to my order and the staff were very friendly and generous. Everyone loved the food. Happy to come back next time.

Over an hour to wait for takeaway, no indication it was going to take that long. Got to use a time consuming app to order instead of talking to the staff. Not good at all

Need to order via app, items listed on menu that are mot available.if I wanted to order online I would have used ubereats

Used to be great, now it's mostly bad. Chips are always cold, paella is always watery with no spice and chicken can be either great or the worst you've eaten depending on who you get cooking. Have given up going after the last 3 bad orders.

We regularly visit this place. But post COVID service has been terrible. You can’t order at the counter anymore. Using the app asks for your mobile number and email. Taste is still good.

This Nandos chain has definitely gone down ever since the lady manager left. Not the same friendly staff workers like before. Food quality taste bad and the place is dirty. Use to be a regular. Now won’t be going back due to poor standards.

Disappointing delivery from this store - still didn’t answer the phone including when calling the 1300 number - rang and then to voicemail especially when it is there own ordering system.

Chips delivered cold and disappointing.

Had came and order a big order from them for my family, as a get home I realised that they have completely messed up my order even messing items. I tried calling them many times and they didn’t answer. Disappointed

I hope there was an option for no star. Very rude costumer service food took longer than 45 minutes And it’s not even busy. This place needs a proper management!

Terrible service. No chicken, no table service. Drove 45 min to have dine in. Days like Saturday and Sunday. Left without food twice. They should close the shop by 8 pm if they can't take the pressure.
