Nando's

Tried Nandos for the first time and has fallen for its chicken, the outlet had a good customer service and the ambience was both beautiful and peaceful.

So it’s ok. A small Nandos at the Flinders Street end. Service was prompt. Food ok. Only downside - both doors to street left open on a 12 degree day. Like having lunch sitting in your fridge if you dine in like I did.

You close at 11.15, but your bathroom was close at 10.45.
It’s wrong ethically & morally. U r still receiving take away orders but u don’t let ppl use the Loo! The cleaner who was doing dishes who is frm hyderabd seems to be good guy. But u the owner and the guy @ the counter was totally abnoxious. I will make sure u get a letter from your council stating my concern and than you can choose to shut your place early.
And these 2 extra stars r just becoz of that cleaner.

We ordered hot food they gave us cold and gain I asked them to make it hot they gain gave cold. This is ridiculous They don’t eve care what customers want. I will never ever come again.

The food was not up to the Nandos standards, the read was breaking in my hand, seems a couple of years old and not fresh, and i struggled to find the piece of chicken in the burger, for an $18 meal you would expect a decent piece of chocken in your burger. I would say, first time ever not be satisfied in a Nandos

I loved the chicken here. This is really good place. It looks like an old art house and antique piece in the city where you can fill your hungry stomach.
I recommend them to have fresh juice as well.

I found chicken was really smelly at Elizabeth Street, Melbourne Nandos. I think this chicken out of date.

Very disappointed. I never had a Nando's meal before and was not familiar with the menu. Staff was not helpful and didn't have patience to explain though I was the only customer. I ordered 4 thigh pieces and regular salad. Chicken wasn't cooked properly and was very raw inside. Salad was very dry and didn't have any dressing and hardly had any vegetables except for abundance of green leaves. Didn't enjoy the meal. Will never go again.

Very busy but cozy. 3 mins walk from Flinders station. You have a tram stop right infront which will take you to brouke street and all that CBD has to offer.

Okay burger but not a nandos burger. Without the condiments in store would be very poor. Menu is also non standard and alkward

Waste branch I asked for tissue, they did not brought, I asked again then after 15 mins they brought and the staff is very rude huhhhh.

Meh, same old nandos. Nothing to complain about really, food isn't as good as other local places but not bad by any means.

One of the better chain options in town. Freshly made food and great service unlike the others who don't seem concerned with appealing to repeat customers

Good place for quick meal. Service was fast and friendly. The food was tasty and fresh.
There is plenty of place to sit on the second floor and not very crowded.

The most horrible nando's I have ever been to. First we asked two of the staff for handkerchiefs and they said they had run out of it, then we went down stairs and we found loads. Second they had burnt all the chickens, and they had closed the toilets while they were still admitting customers. The worst experience I have ever had with nando's. I have been to nando's in few other countries and cities, and this is definitely the worst. Don't waste your time.impolite staff, these people have no idea what customer service actually is. I am hoping that some people at least read this and avoid wasting their time and money!

First time eating nandos actually. Decent meal. Bit pricey and not as filling as I thought. But staff were friendly and helpful so I was satisfied.

Restaurant manager Sung was terrible. We were served soggy and stale corn and he refused to refund or replace the gone-off food.

Don't come during lunch, especially with a group. They will take eat in orders only for you to find a line upstairs of people waiting to eat with no where to sit

Worst Nando’s, bad food and bad customer service, only the balcony saves them but no AC or no heater, ppl eat in sweat I don’t understand y nobody complains, the guy who was serving me was also in sweat
