Food portions were disappointing for the prices they were charging. Tenders looked like nuggets they were so small

Wouldn’t do a takeaway order unless we downloaded the app. Said we didn’t have the app but they didn’t care. Went to hungry jacks instead

Servers were awful, nil manners and offered no help when we looked around clueless (despite making eye contact) for simple cutlery and napkins, as this was our first Nandos experience, and seemed as if they’d rather be anywhere else. Restaurant was dirty and the tiles nearing the kitchen to the stairs are a hazard waiting to happen. Food was adequate.

Smallest portion of Nando's in Victoria region. Cheapest customer service, angry rude staff, delayed and cold food. The guy literally threw my fries inside the bag. Probably throw your money on the road than eating here.

Well gave this another go here and really same issues chips warm not hot, coke drink same was warm not cold. Had to wait for cutlery to come out. Sorry won't be back

Extra service for dine in, because they need to bring the food upstairs.

5th July 2023 Evening.visited this place … they love to push customer upstairs and want us order from QR CODE (not a fan)
Ordered 1/4 chicken got small portion than normal asked twice. First request -went down with the plate, Gentlemen in the kitchen made sure it was right size.
Second attempt with happy serving lady upstairs.she recognized the problem and brought perfectly cooked proper size chicken. Love her service.
Love the Nandos food.

Very busy everyday between 12-3 for dine-in. Usually have to wait for table to free up. Ordering is via QR code displayed on every table

Had full chicken, even when I ask for it to be with hot sauce, it wasn't sauce enough. Luckily, they have plenty of sauce bottle on self-serving to use.

Worst Nando's outlet ever. Terrible staff behaviour. Don’t follow opening and closing hours. Looks like the staff don’t know how to use the POS system and they force every one to order online. Stay Awayyyy

The food is pretty cool. The chips were nice and so was the chicken. The tables have many sauce bottles on them, each labelled according to their spice level which is awesome.

Food is always burned in this restaurant. It is a common problem as it's not the first time this happens to me.

Never had a bad experience at Nando’s before but this restaurant is quite dirty and the young woman working was really rude and unprofessional.

The floor was dirty and sticky and even the tables were not clean. The venue was not that busy still couldn't maintain hygiene

The hours for this Nandos are what's great about it. Feeling peckish for some spicy food late and night, this is where you can find it. The menu and food are all standard for the chain. There's an upstairs dining area for more seating. The problem is that they've started to lock the toilets. They'll say they're broken but then go and use them when they need to. I was very unimpressed to see this, hence taking a couple of stars off.

Last night i order a food online and i got in very cold the chips were soggy and also i got the wrong oder I ordered chicken buger and i got veggie so irresponsible never recommend this place again

The restaurant was dirty in general. The food tastes like never clean stove, bitter and burst. If you like Nandos's, better find other branch in the city.

Ordered White crust roll with smash avo and feta with veggie patty, and i want to say it's disgusting. Food is cold, hell amount of feta cheese and 1% of avocado only. Not worth. Shame.

So slow. How long do I have to wait for an order? There is only 2 people waiting ahead of me. It's like the staff don't care.

Sorry but I just to let you know that I saw some mice under the bin inside this Nando. I hope the shop owner will take this seriously. Not one but few. One more thing is please keep the front of house clean all the time. I usually see the place is mess at night and the staff is free. Paper bag on the seat, leftover food on the table, bin were full and the seat got stain.
