Nando's

Pretty bad experience with Elizabeth st nando's.
Ordered 1/2 chicken but wasn't much warm. Also ordered superemo which was completely cold. Returned back to the lady at front counter got another one looks same little warmer than before but was not up to the mark moreover so difficult to chew the burger, seems was made few hours ago.

So big fan of nando's but will never ever go to this very store

Ordered through Uber eats, and there is no option for gluten free or no bun on the app. So simply tried to phone the restaurant and amend the order, only to be greeted with rude staff who hung up on me 3 times and when I did get through the staff were hostile and tried to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. Very disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful chicken cooked to perfection pealla rice is delicious and a reasonable price
Good value for money family and child friendly
Restaurant is quite clean thou the bathroom facilities could use a update
Would definitely return for dinner again

It is delicious although sometimes a little spicy but why do you come back why are you coming back is a spicy in the chicken something interesting

Horrific experience. Haven't seen a dirtier nandos with vibes of a haunted place. They might be better off converting the restaurant into a museum.

Ordered on uber eats, got the classic with a superfood veggie pattie on a crusty white roll. Way too much aioli, lettuce wasn't fresh and the crusty white roll was not round in shape, which didn't suit the round patty (had I known, I would have selected something a little more practical). Very average experience.

Well yesterday I went to get whole chicken with large fries coz I had heard about 50% off for healthcare workers. The fries that I got were disgusting, soggy, oily and not even cooked properly. This is the 3rd time that I have been disappointed with this place. I have been to other nandos too but this place serves really bad food.

Visited this place twice. First visit, had to send chips back as they were extremely soggy and felt stale, moreover, the wrap wasn't tight and opened up within two bytes. Still did not mention anything about the wrap to the staff. Second visit, chicken was burnt and carbon stuck all over it. The basting was LITERALLY in the shade of black due to the carbon crush mixed in it. We returned the food, asked for refund and left the place. Since then I never felt like returning to any Nando's! You have lost one customer, if that makes any difference!

The place was so clean no rubbish on tables or on the floor.tastiest Peri Peri chickens. Chippies were nice and the food tasted great. That Nando's Peri Peri in Elizabeth St was a lot better. Than Nando's hindly st in Adelaide!

Are you a fan of Nando's? Don't go here. I like Nando's but food here was below average, even if the chicken tasted fairly good. And don't get me started on the facilities. All I can say is, don't use the toilets.

No proper sauces available & only 2bottles will be circulated among different people. I have ordered rice and I got hair in that.poor service.

Placed an order online, came to pick it up and the lady at the reception refused to hand it over as I did not had the card through which I made the payment handy. This was at 10 pm. The receipt shows that you maybe asked to present your card. Nandos should change it to "You will be required to show the card otherwise you'll be denied service. "

P. S the same lady gave spicy chicken to a customer who explicitly asked not for chillies. He was allergic to it. All this because her shift was ending and she had to go home. When asked for her name she said that they are not allowed to share personal details.

Chicken was moist and delicious. Rice was a little dry and the Peri Peri fries just had the seasoning poured right in the center. Kind of lazy on the fries.

The food there is so tasty and so delicious. The chicken is so crispy, the peri peri chips are tasty and the salads are so delicious as well.

Reseved half my order only and when I talked to them they didn’t care and they still have my money and they can keep it but will not see me again there

They dont understand the difference between vegetarian paella n non vegetarian paella at least i found piece of chicken in vegetarian paella ‍️
