Nando's

Told me that there is a FREE drink with a side. I confirmed this with him Four times. Charged me for a meal which was not the same price, true scammers - don't eat here.

Delicious food, customer friendly staff and great ambience. What else do we expect for hanging out with friends, family.

The worst Nando's I've been to in Australia. We ordered hot and mild chicken. Hot chicken was okay, but the mild chicken had no flavour or sauce (it was watery and did not taste like their mild sauce). Of anything, it tasted like charcoal as it was covered in it. So disappointed.

Worst customer service ever! Ordered via Uber but the order arrived with missing items. Rang Nandos to let them know and try to get my missing orders delivered but they say I can either go out of my way to pick it up myself as they do not have any way to give me my order. I asked for my money back but they can't do that either, rip off!

Great chicken dishes with varying levels of spice. Chips are delicious - for a healthier option, go for a wrap very nice.

Went here sunday at 2pm and Only 2 people working but they were so friendly and not stressed to how busy it was. Food came out very quickly and probably the freshest ive ever had at Nandos! To top it off an elderly lady with a walker was struggling to get through the door. Not to worry the man cooking away ran over amd opened both doors fpr her and helped her inside. When we left i was about to say thankyou but the male cooking said thankyou first with a lovely smile! Aaaaaamazing!

The coleslaw was off. It was bought as part of a pick up meal deal of 2 chicken and 2 sides. We called the store and asked for a refund for the coleslaw (worth around $5) but they refused. Unfair!

Great and friendly service. Didnt have to wait long for food, restaurant was clean and quiet. Wash basin and condiments counter was tidy. Would visit again

Dined in. The place was tidy, the food was delivered quickly and was exactly as I expected. Good to get the same experience in a different state than I would normally visit

Didn’t have any chicken instead I got thigh peices and a salad
Peices were tiny and salad had nothing in it poor quality and value

Always good food and you are never waiting for long for it to arrive. Highly recommend this nandos

My local Nandos, visit weekly. Managers and staff are always friendly. Service is fantastic, food always out without too long of a wait.

Friendly staff, excellent service, KAREEM provides the best customer service. Highly Commended Nando's, quality and fresh food.
