Nando's

Ordered Uber Eats, they charge for extras yet don't include them. When I called, they acknowledge the chef was in a rush but won't remove the extra charges! Avoid!

Visited south melbourne nandos for lunch today i ordered half chicken and chips when I cut my chicken, the inside of the chicken was still pink and slimy I went back inside and spoke to the manager and told him my chicken was pink and uncooked.and to have a look at it.he was very rude and aggressive.and refused to cook it again for me. I will not go back there again.

Every time I order peri peri chips they are always just salted barely any peri peri

They also do not provide sauces if you order a take out & upon asking the guy literally said it’s inside upon checking there was none inside I had to go back inside ask for it!

Also this has happened multiple times!

As much as I love Nandos I wouldn’t wanna go to this store!

I visit point cook nandos they refuse to take dine in orders, after 20 minues i drive south melboure nandos beautiful place, friendly staff, respect my visit and gave me wonderful delicious food, strongly recommend

This place only cares about taking your money. I'm a vegetarian and they gave me a chicken wrap instead of the pretender protein. After I had taken a bite I realised the mistake. I went back to complain and was treated with contempt. The manager who initially took my order didn't believe me and told me they would review the footage and get back to me. I visited after a month and was told they were still reviewing footage. Two months later I still had no-one get back to me so I visited again and was told the owner James had reviewed the footage and saw no problem. Absolute refusal to refund $12 or apologise for the mistake, instead I was treated like scum. I've spent a small fortune on Nandos, I'm a regular customer and this is without doubt the worst Nandos I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I've also spotted a rat scurrying across the floor - check out the bathroom and you'll see the state of their pride. Don't trust these people with special requests, food allergies, hygiene or to even provide basic respect.

One of the best Nando's visited in the city, been my favorite now they have friendly staff and great ambience. Always servers great food on time, the way of handling customers is good never disappoints. Must visit when you are around city easy to commute, walkable distance from tourist spots.

Worst restaurant I have ever been. Wired bitter chicken, chicken skin are all burnt and black. The sauce are sour. Table are not cleaned.

What used to be amazing is now trash. Food is bland.if you like to watch sweat drip onto your food go for it after waiting 30 mins

Poor food compared to other outlets. I ordered a simple classic wrap with bacon and avo- the avo was inedible. Bitter and not ripe. Tomato was green and unripe. Bacon tough like it was cooked last week.
Windows are dirty - these owners don’t care. Go elsewhere.

Got serve food poisoning from your chicken witch put me in hosptial I’ve never been so sick in my life. Avoid this place at all Coast will be taking this further. DO NOT GO HERE.

Ordered the classic burger; the chicken was lukewarm, and the bun was dry. Definitely not worth the money I paid. I could make better at home. Disappointed.

The lovely team is highly well trained to burn your chicken to CHARCOAL. The other time I had to return the chicken as I live around the corner. I’d say the Dark / Black in skin colour you’re the more they’d love to serve you Charcol burnt chicken ️️️️

My friend and I ordered the paella, the chicken was ok, but the rice is half cooked! It tasted so horrible! When we came to the counter to inform the staff. They told me, it’s already microwaved, they did offer us to microwave it again but I didn’t think it will work so we turn it off. Anyway the rice is soooo bad! Don’t try this!

Zero star rating, Horrible experience at Nandos south Melbourne, Food was ordered at 9: 25pm and and was provided in table at 9: 40pm and the waiter comes and tells shop closes in 10 mins, be quick, be quick …at 9: 50pm.in very rude tone. Not a charity or free food is provided, treat your customers with respect or don’t take orders where you can’t fully service customers, Nandos was my go to place from years, unprofessional management along with their staff is ruining the franchise in recent time, please change your attitude towards running Business.
