Horrible service, did not make sense, food was horrible. I go to Nandos a lot and am extremely angry and disappointed in the service and food. Nandos in Greensborough.
Worst costumer service ever, the guy behind the counter thinks he looks cool with his rude face but trust me mate you look dumb.

Staff behave is very rude. Very poor customer services. Don't know how to deal with a customer.
Ordered 2 whole chicken brought just one and other after 15 minutes delay when first one got cold.

Something is seriously wrong with this Nando's restaurant. All of the staff seem so unfriendly/angry if you took the time to observe closely. Not too sure if this is due to racism? I will be avoiding this restaurant for now. And to the staff member named 'Ben' not too sure what your problem is. Wouldn't hurt to be a little friendlier. If that is too arduous for you then perhaps consider a job which requires no contact with customers.
Customer service is a joke! Went to order and got told by the lady they were closed at 9: 40 pm even though I pointed out on the front door 10: 00 pm.
Appalling service and unapologetic that it took 30mins for a simple order. Food was cold and chips undercooked. Recommend that you avoid this Nandos
This used to be one of the best Nandos in Melbourne as I drive around a lot. With the new owners, this place has simply become one of the worst! Customer service is terrible, these people can not even smile! Their chicken is also tasteless and not as tender as it used to be. As simple request like asking for extra pasting on your chicken is a big deal for them. Will never visit this Nandos again, I suggest you avoid it to if you don’t want to be disappointed!
The food is to be expected. No problems there. But the customer service, particularly by one young guy, is woeful.
He is surly, rude and should NOT be in customer service.
He isn't the only one. The attitude they have is that they are doing you a massive favour by just being there, when it's the customers doing them a favour by spending our money there.
To the bosses. Please train your staff in customer service.

Worst NANDOS due to one BIT#h WHO WORKS THERE
Several times I have aloud her to be mean and stuff my order I was going to tell manger one day but saw her crying in her cheap as bomb car so I felt bad and dropped the issue! Thinking maybe she had bad days but once agian I order my meal tonite ask for extra basting and she argued she can’t do it.so then. She charged me 2dollars for basting that she never GAVE ME and gave me orange juice when I said apple I’m allergic to orange
This isn’t The first time she has been so evil towards me for no reason I won’t be going back there and will be tellin the manger! Just coz ur life sucks dnt take it out on other!
Andy the Franchise owner is a flog! Wouldn’t honour my voucher. I went to the store on a weekend. I ordered 2 mains. I had 2 Nandos’s member cards (One was mine and the other was my Mum’s) We did 2 separate orders. We had a voucher for free large chips for every main purchased. Andy advised me that the voucher didn’t apply to his store. Is this bloke for real? After complaining to head office, they advised me the voucher works in every Nandos store and the store owner will be pulled up over this complaint.
