Nando's

When the food comes out, it often is pretty good but I've had numerous issues of cold food, stale chicken and incredibly long waits.

They take their sweet time to clean tables out, so when you eventually get a seat, it's quite grotty and sticky.

The staff themselves are often quite rude and never wish to take accountability for their mistakes.

It's a shame that this is the local standard for Nandos. They need to improve themselves.

Food is always good, they always seem understaffed which isn’t that good, but they always make it work. The manager (or owner I’m not sure) is always nice and overall I like coming here!

How about you pay your employees public holiday penalty rates without making your customers pay them. You should not charge a surcharge just so you can be open. Ridiculous!

I purchased a meal online. Nandos took my money. I went into store and said the order never went through. I never received a meal for my family and they wouldn’t refund my money said I had to contact head office even though I showed them the receipt from Nandos. Customer service was disgraceful!

Horrible. Do not go there and waste your money. The old man who is the server have no frekin idea about anything. He was so rude that we have to get out of the restaurant and get our money refunded. Only question we asked was how much more time the chicken needs to be cooked because he first said will be ready in 20 minutes and 45 minutes passed and no food was served on our table while they were constantly sending out the takeaway ubereats orders. Just asked the old guy what happened to our order and he started yelling at us that he is going to serve us raw chicken That old man himself looks like a chicken. First hire some girls to serve. Just one word for them. Horrible.

A very friendly staff, great service. Superb food as compared to other Nandos branches. Great overall experience.

This is a perfectly good Nandos, the food, atmosphere, and service are as good as can be expected. You get what you pay for. I give 5 stars for service because I left my phone here and the staff did their best to get it back to me, which was much appreciated. Thanks guys.

They gave us the burned food, so far away from my house to come back. People should check their food before leave. Never be back again

Don’t even bother ordering this on Uber eats, they won’t make it for a hour. Slowest staff in Australia. It’s been a hour and it’s telling me it’s going to be another 40 minutes …

Always fresh, hot and delicious, best Nando’s in the Northern Suburbs by far. Clean restaurant, friendly and prompt service and they make sure the Peri Peri salt coats ALL the chips! Never had a bad experience here!

Absolutely horrible service.

Kristine basically told me to leave and eat elsewhere because it was 8: 55 and they would no longer allow dine in orders, even though I was just ordering a meal. She served the customers in line before me and allowed them to dine in, however refused dine in for me and my partner. Shocking! Clearly demonstrates racism in Australia.
It’s evident that because my English was broken, I get treated horribly.

I was a regular customer and I will never return back to this store. Terrible experience.

I went with my friends and the food was good but the girl that on the cashier was looking like angry person with some attitude and i don't like the way she talked to us. I don't know if I'm going there again. Hopefully she is not like this all the time. The food is like any other Nando's. I like the fact that you can choose how much spicy you want your food to be.

Been waiting on a refund for 2 weeks, they wo t even give the managers name out! I want a refund for for that never arrived!

Lunch time 2pm Oder whole chicken with 2 side waiting time for eat in 40 minutes evening time just bcz of finish early after 630 takeaway only this Nando’s suppose to be very awesome 7 years earlier now every visit just disappointed it’s my last visit there can’t bother anymore

I wont go this Nandos and suggest all my friends wont go. They got terrible customer service. That female staff keeps arguing with customer even is their own mistakes. Diss.

Not only they close too soon on Friday’s night but they don’t accept orders even they are still open. Very disappointing.

I don't usually go to Nandos this was quite disappointing, ordered burger after a long wait >15mn, the bun was cold, the cheese was cold and stiff.disgusting. Won't come back

I always love Nandos food. It's delicious whether it's the extra hot chicken, peri chips or the Mediterranean chicken salad. Service is pretty good despite them being really busy and they are getting hounded by delivery pick up drivers. Still had no issues with Bundoora Nandos.

Poor people seem a bit understaffed there, so food takes a bit longer, but if you're patient it is definitely worth the wait. Haven't had nandos this good in such a long time!
