Worst management and no notice anywhere after 7: 30 pm take away only. This is 3rd time wont be at Bundoora square nandos anymore

What a lovely man that served me my toddler dropped his food everywhere and he as quick to help me and get my toddler another plate of food for free fantastic service would highly recommend

Bundoora Square Nando's has changed since the large guy worked there. Chicken tastes like it's been microwaved. The texture is slight hard rubbery as if it's been cooked in a microwave. The chips are rushed out of the fryer and are underdone. I watched people working there even its busy the grillers weren't being used much making me wonder where they getting the chicken from the back? And the obese guy batches cooking chips was taking it out too quickly and not looking at the timer and so undercooking them. He also sprinkles a very small 2 dash of salt or Perri Perri salt on the packed chips. Such a waste of money. Not going there again until Nando's Bundoora Square standards are changed! Very disappointing Bundoora Nando's as this was a great Nando's before. Thank goodness Grill'd is now there as an alternative.

Ordered sweet potato chips! Came out very salty! Gave it to them to make it again with no salt, guess what! They made it with less salt but still friggin salty. Worst nandos ever!

I happened to follow one of their employees out of the toilet and they DID NOT wash their hands!

Ordered through doordash. Didn't deliver drinks. Also added chicken salt to the chips despite it not being mentioned anywhere leaving someone with an allergy unable to eat their meal. Called the restaurant to try and sort something out and was met with nothing but resistance. Absolutely useless.

Extremely slow, waited 30 minutes for order. Did not seem to know exactly what sequence the orders were in. Would not go back to this store.

Absolutely discusting, tables were not clean, gave us to wrong meal 2 times, took ages 45-1 hr waiting, the place was not clean

Absolutely worst experience with this location. I waited about 50 minutes for my food to arrive only for two salad dressings to be missing and all the hot items to be cold. After calling the store and first being told there was nothing they could do for me they then agreed to give us salad dressing only if I went to pick them up. I explained it wasn't fair that I had to leave my house to fix their mistake when I ordered a delivery service. I then asked if I would have my cold items replaced if I was to pick up considering the food was delivered within 5 minutes of leaving the store and should not have arrived cold, to which they only agreed to replace half of the cold items. I was then hung up on abruptly after stating I will take it up with Uber since they were not being reasonable. This is horrible service and not how you keep business.

I’ve been ordering from this location for a good year now. And I must say, the manager and his staff show the BEST of customer service and they’re almost always smiling and warm.

Also, as I’ve gone to every Nando’s probably in Melbourne, nothing beats the taste and cooking of this location!

Never again order through Doordash with his restaurant. Took 50 mins to get delivery of a 5km drive. Food was cold and driver was rude. Think she ate some of the food too. Rubbish restaurant which should be shut down by nandos HQ.

We ordered out food sat down and the service was horrible. They didn’t give us plates or napkins or utensils.
We had to ask them and asked for water, they said due to Covid they don’t have any water —lies
Never coming back here again and never ordering from here too.

Without fail every time I have gone to this store and requested extra basting on the chicken explaining it word for word I never get it actually lucky to have any sauce on it. Tonight was the last time I will go here, northland store always gets my order correctly.

Ordered food at 9 for eat in. Got served paella in a takeaway box with a spoon while I came to eat with my gf food was cold and when I asked the lady for a cup so that I can share my drink she said they don’t give out cups as that’s their policy. I run hospitality business myself never seen Somthing like this in my whole life. RESATURENT NEEDS TO MAKE A BIG CHANGE as there’s always an issue when I come to this nando’s. Wanted to give 0 stars but it’s not letting me.

The old man that works there doesn’t understand how peri perks works. He refused to honour my free meal that I had on the Nando’s app.

Worst Nandos restaurant I have been to, received one half of order 25 minutes before the other half. When the other half was ready it was delivered to the wrong table where it sat for 10 minutes. When the staff were alerted to this fact they simply picked the plate up and plonked it onto our table. Terrible service.

We will never return here.

I ordered full chicken meal with serve of corn. Chicken and corn was well cooked with perfect hot sauce flavour. Chips with peri-peri salt were well done and crispy. Order was prepared within timeframe and great customer service.
There is plenty of parking at the centre.

Made our food with mild sauce but there was also some hot, have never had my mouth burn so much. Took both mine and my wife's burger, was told after 3 people had their hands all over them that its fine go and eat it.told them that it wasn't what we order with that they were put in the bin and was told to leave. Poor poor store

The worst experience these days. They have burned the chicken twice that I did takeaway. I spoke ten time with them that pls don’t burn the chicken. But still they burn the chicken.

I found the food quite good, however like many other reviewers on here, the level of customer service was pretty poor and the speed of service was terrible.was terrible
