Nando's

Terrible service, particularly the rude manager. Half of the place was covered in rubbish, uncleaned tables. We asked for our table to be cleaned before being seated and the manager just removed the social distancing sign from the adjacent table and told us to sit there instead. They force customers to use the annoying app instead of having one person at the register. Perhaps roster more staff on if you cannot handle the peak hours.

Went for family dine in.were seated and advised to order online using app on table rather then at counter.took time for it.went to the counter to clarify few things.were assisted taking further time.took almost 20 minutes to complete order.were super hungry. THEN WERE TOLD THEY ONLY HAVE HALF CHICKEN LEFT IN STOCK. Mean seriously? Shouldn't they know before seating people? Had no choice then to leave with crying kids.never going there again

This is now my favourite Nando store. They exceeded my expectations in all areas of service! From the moment I walked in I felt like a valued customer. The manager showed us to our table and us it was the first day out of Covid lockdown explained how ordering would work. All staff were super polite and well organised. My order was presented in a timely manner and cooked to perfection and exactly how I asked for it. I always order extra, extra well done chips and that's how they arrived. The chicken was super fresh and sauce was served in the bottles not those little sachets Nando's have been handing out at other stores - not enough for a mouse! Lol I can't rate this store highly enough and will definitely be back even though I have to travel further to get to it!

Went in ordered food to bad if you wanted to sit down and eat most of the tables had rubbish all over the place looked discusting was in there for probably 10 to 15 min waiting no one came out to clean the tables looked terrible never go to this store again

Yesterday night before closing time I took take away Extra hot peti peri chicken. I have never ate this kind of chicken in Nando's. It isn't grilled properly I'm totally disappointed with today's order. I think Unless dine in they don't grill properly of delivery or pickup orders because we can not see it there it self.

The boys and I waited quite a long time. Poor service and customer respect. Really looked forward to it. I ordered a kids meal, it took 45mins.how? !

Ordered for the 4th time here in the space of 2 months, service and the meals have always been great and more importantly consistent. One of the few Nando's who actually put a lot of basting when requested. Manager and the staff are very friendly too.

Went just after opening at 11am so it was very quiet. When people came in they were careful to socially distance and not get too close during queuing. Tasty fresh food with lots of close parking. Would go again.

I am not sure why the taste is not that good here compare to other Nando's.the cashier was just impatient for taking order rather than understanding the menu.

I was having complications with the nandos perks app and a beautiful and lovely lady after the name Amber who was beyond helpful and wouldn't settle for nothing, she tried every which way in getting the app to work and was successful. Such amazing customer service!

So delicious, loved the whole chicken. Fries were good but it could be better if it would be less salty. The place was nice and the service was good. Nevertheless, It is so unbelievable that they serve the soft drinks more expensive than their actual prices in the market. Of course, this is something that I have seen all around the Melbourne.

Giving one coz had no option of zero, Friday afternoon 12.50PM we were asked to leave because restaurant was full. No apology, no come back in a few mins. Very disappointed

Taste is always good nice and fresh chicken and well cooked. But hard to find sauce bottles it’s just everywhere people uses them and never put it back so annoying!

I really enjoy the paella and always order it when I get Nando's. I always get the lemon and herb dressing because I don't like food that is too spicy. Unfortunately the last two times I have ordered this dish from this Nando's it has been very spicy and tonight it is too spicy to eat. A waste of $12.50. Very disappointing.

Cleaner than most Nandos restaurants. Plenty of seating during weekends.
Wait time is fine as well.
During weekday lunchtime the place is quite packed.

Amber is so lovely & professional.
Nandos Clayton have excellent service and a nice environment with friendly staff.

Got there at 8: 45pm, one door locked, onto the next door, locked as well.online says close at 10pm as does the door, call them and ask are they still open, and someone sheepishly says that they are.no asking, oh are you the person who tried to open the door? I'll open it for you? Pretty poor form

Great spot for Nando's, very good quality chips (all about the freshness) and promptness of service. A little bit hidden off the main road - but a great place to get a bite to eat when travelling through.

One of our favourite dining place. We love the chicken - tender and juicy; combined with our favourite side - sweet potato chips.

The extra, extra spicy sauce is a blast!
