76 Cashless venue
Overcharged me for my order but they're system required them to give me a full refund (via they're online portal and I won't receive until the following day)
I then had to make a 2nd order and pay a 2md time for that I originally ordered.
Not a great system and won't be returning due to their cashless preferences
Its a nice nandos i dont know why are they shutting down around my area i guess maybe rent is going up
Dirty and filthy. No staff to clean. Chaos in the kitchen. Ordered via app. 40 mins and waiting
Avoid at all costs!
They charge you extra, don’t give you the items you’ve paid for and then under pack the chips and wraps, saying it’s a new way of serving their customers? !
On top of the horrible service, the male manager just ignored the customer and did not bother offering any refund or to add what is missing.
Worst Nandos around.
The payment went through the app yesterday but the order did not get processed possibly due to a bug in the app. The Nandos service gentlemen in spectacles was very helpful in resolving the issue and called me today to check that the payment was refunded. Great service, thank you Nandos.
Waited 1hr for a meal and estimate was 45min off.
Don’t plan a lunch time meal here, you will loose all your time.
Ordered whole peri peri chicken & received charcoal instead of chicken, experience is beyond disappointing, avoid this place at all costs, go somewhere else.
I’m a huge fan of the food.
The customer service at this branch, however, is questionable.
From my observation, the staff don’t have an effective system or their priorities in order.
Ready food stays on the serving counter, allowing it to get cold and dry out and you stare at your food drooling, with a free staff going around to clear and clean tables (which is valuable, definitely) but not in that priority in my opinion.
Will update the review if my observation changes in the future.
The food at Nando's is consistently made and cooked to perfection, however I am annoyed with big girl with British accent at cooking kitchen always act rude and arrogant without showing courtesy, as customer coming almost everyday, you need to show manners and not use derogatory remarks to shy away customer. I will talk to your manager if no improvements are made in your behavior and overall respect to all customers.
I have 4 Nandos near me but I will always travel here purely bc it's always fresh and hot.and I'm not waiting for eternity for my food.
Place is busy! Which shows how good the restaurant actually is, Order ahead 10-15mins, either eat in or take away. Great customer service, always well cooked. Good facilities and not stingy on napkins or sauces.
Will travel 20-30mins just to eat at this Nando's.
Update, not as busy as weather gets colder. So faster arrival of food. Still well cooked, juicy chicken
This nandos used to be good now they decide to charge me extra for the same stuff i used to order for 10 years. Slow service and they do not accept cash
Restaurant is filthy, walked in and counted 8 tables that still had the last costumers plates and bowls on it, even the tables that were cleared have crumbs and sauce on them. Floor has food scraps on them. Feels like a very unclean environment.
One of the best Nando restaurants! Foods ways fresh, hot and exactly the way you order it, and the staff are lovely
We were told to order using the QR code at the table. Waited over 30mins and went to the the counter to check on our meal. Person at the counter simply dismissed me until I showed my receipt. When I questioned if the order had been misplaced, didn't apologise or say anything further. I requested a refund and was told it would take a week to process via the store manager. I had to escalate via the official Nando's head office to get my refund.
Unfortunately they put a message on the door saying they close at 8pm due to staff shortage.
There were no updates on the website and there is no help provided by them
It was vey unpleasant experience. We have ordered whole chicken platter with 2 bottles of drinks.
We have ordered from table as I was told to do so.
Received Ribs and Tenders after 45mins wait
Received 2 bottles of drinks after me pushing them again which is after an hour.
Finally whole chicken after an hour.
No apologise, no sorry!

Its Very disappointing for choosing dine in option and we have literally waited for more than 1 hour and there is no proper service from the staff and food was too late
I walked in store to order my food and the told me to order through the website. It kept canceling on me and wasted my lunch break
Food was good, staff were friendly. Chicken was delivered first, chips were delivered after 5 mins. The time we went there was around 8: 30 pm and most of the tables were empty but not cleared for next customers, so me and my mates were looking for a clean table to sit and were still sitting next to all dirty other ones which got cleared but took atleast 20 mins for them to prioritise that. Overall we just just went for nandos food.
