Nando's

Easily the worst Nando's I've been to. The table they sat me at still had food on it and the person who seated me and brought me my food had no communication or customer service skills at all. The only saving grace was that my food was still good as it is at every other Nando's

Quite possibly the worst Nandos ive been to. Service is terrible, waited 1 hour 30 minutes to get my food, and it was cold! Management should take a good hard look at themselves

My food came out pretty quick but my work colleague waited another 15 mins for one piece of chicken and didn't recieve his chips. Pretty poor customer service

What a well organised Nandos! Super busy, but staff had it under control. Nice spacious clean store with delicious freshly made food.

Cashless payments only. If ordering take away you can't order at the counter. Must do it all via your phone. Be prepared.

Food was nice. I may have went in at an unusually busy time, server was nice but not willing to serve customers unless it was via the app.

The service declines more and more each time we have visited this Nandos. We go in thinking it was a one time thing where the service and food has been off but it’s not the case. We keep getting cold and/or burnt chips, the wrong order, missing items and the service is always terribly slow. Nandos management need to do something about this Nandos. Extremely disappointed. Do not visit this Nandos, go elsewhere.

Food took forever to come. There was staff shortage but in this case would’ve been more appropriate to shut. Disappointing.

14-04-2022 came around 9pm firstly they said we are about to close around 10pm so just take away no dining
Meanwhile other people taking takeaway and eating inside and it take nearly 45 minutes for 3 whole chicken and 5 wraps not going again to this Nando’s

Very disappointed. I normally like eating Nando’s but today was nothing than a fiasco. First we arrived at the store and took over 8 minutes to find someone to order from (even tho the restaurant was full empty) my hamburger was undercook, I asked for normal fries and got peri peri instead, bought chicken BBQ tenders and got spicy one instead and my kid meal was spicy (even when I asked not to put anything on it as she doesn’t like spicy yet) and her fries were disgusting, old and so hard to bite. In general a paid 90$ for all of that and still had to cook lunch at home. Thanks but won’t be going back and won’t recommend your store.

They getting slammed today but working so hard. Full respect to team work in adversity. Food still tasted A+ and no mistakes

Worst experience.take away order took 58 mins to prepare and when I went for pick up still thy asked me to wait 20 mins.

Amazing staff members. I left my phone there and realized a hour later and when I went back, they kept it safe for me and were very humble. Plus the food is always amazing there! Thanks guys!

Worst service ever. I went there for the first time and i’m done with that place. Manager was really rude. Service was really bad. When it was time for the food we got served with cold chips. I will suggest all my knowns never to go there.

Our food was ready and waiting for 20 mins before they brought it to us.

Was not happy with the way they took our order either - felt impolite and kept asking for table number when the table did not have a number.

Potions seemed less as well. Ordered two hummus dips with pita. It felt like they served us only one. Didn't bother to complain as I was already annoyed.

Every time I have ordered Chicken fillets they're always burnt and also thin as A4 pare cut is the meat thickness
Very disappointed I gave the restaurant it three chances and failed every time on quality and temperature cooked

Plastic in my food and the manager on shift Henry wouldn’t refund my order and did not offer to remake my food or compensate. Really poor service and they just didn’t care. Advised me to email to get a $7 refund in 5 days. I asked for a managers email and they wouldn’t provide.

Absolutely appalling. Made the burger and then left it out for 15 minutes so it would be a cold, soggy mess, then gave me chips that were cold and rubbery. This is a place to avoid, especially since eating-in is not an option due to them not bothering to get vaccinated.

The eating in experience itself was nice, but the app they ask you to use to order is really annoying and difficult

Long waiting time, customers had to wait for more than 20 mins. Staff informed that it takes a while. But, it took them 25 mins to get my food prepared. Not happy. Others also looked a bit frustrated about the service.

The service at this store is absolutely disgraceful.
We placed a large order in the morning for a lunch for all our staff that was due to start @12.30pm so we agreed to collect our order at 12pm. We receive a phone call at 12.15pm to say that the chicken will take 40 mins to cook. Arrive at store and our order isn't ready until 12.50pm. We sit down for lunch 45mins late and the store had forgotten to pack our chips. Called the store to ask for a refund for the chips after lunch then we are told to write an email to customer service which will be reviewed and responded to in due course. Incredibly inconvenient, staff are rude and have very poor customer service skills.
We will never order from this store again.
