Cold chips, incorrect order delivered and after admitting they made an error, their solution is to come and pick up the order and apply for a refund through uber eats? Kind of defeats ordering online for delivery, huh?

That is garbage customer service with zero resolution. Not hard to include two meals for delivery when there is only two things ordered. Lift your game, or get people on staff who are capable.

I had an amazing waitress. I think her name was Gemma. She was very accommodating and helped keep avoid my allergies. Food was very stress free and nice thanks to her

Worst food ever.
I had Nando’s from everywhere else but from this place I am not going to Order again.
Over burn the chicken, no sauce in the take away chicken, totally burnt chicken.
Please check your food before having from there.

Very unprofessional. No hair nets on all 5 girls. 2 are walking around with backpacks and headphones on and playing with their phones. As we know that phones carry more germs than a toilet seat, yet they are preparing food. Very expensive also.

One of the better nandos in Melbourne. It's always pretty busy here which is a good sign, but the service is always friendly and staff always have a smile on their face. Does Uber eats now as well as ordering online through the Nados app. Decent outdoor area for some people watching.

I was super unimpressed by this particular Nandos. The roll they used for my classic chicken burger was cold (usually one side toasted) and pulled straight off the shelf from Woolworths and not the type of roll I’m used to. The chicken was supposed to have mild peri peri sauce and I could barely taste the sauce. The chips, whilst seasoned well were not crunchy. I won’t be going to this Nandos again.

Poor service. Waited 25 mins for a meal with a toddler, only to be told that we were displaying the old wrong number on the table and our food was getting cold this entire time. That number should’ve been cleared when they cleaned the tables, not left there. $20 for a cold pita and chips, not impressed. Waitress was rude about it too. Definitely won’t go back there.

Soooo delicious, consistent great food. Whenever i feel like chicken, nandos is my go-to. The superfuel salad is healthy and filling! Cant forget how sweet the girls working there are as well!

If you like eating chicken, Nandos hits the spot, tastes great, and I eat here regularly, however the airport West restaurant is very small, not much indoor seating, they do have outdoor seating though

Always the safest option to get when at Westfield airport west! Food is consistently delicious although waiting time can be a little long sometimes which is understandable as they can get quite busy. Staff are so friendly and helpful! All in all my favourite place to eat when I’m hungry.

Not impressed.ordered veggie pita and was served classic meal (chicken pita) by store MANAGER. Seriouuuussssslyyyy.

Terrible service. Waited half an hour for a small platter with hardly anyone in the restaurant. Food was average and not worth the wait. Wouldn’t recommend.

Nandos at Airport West is the best in terms of consistency. Their chips are always well cooked and just right. Chicken is cooked really well too - never too dry or undercooked. Their portions are more generous than the many Nandos I have dined in. I’ve never left disappointed.

I love Nando's but unfortunately when I came to this one the staff was rude and they didn't have any forks and knives for us to eat our chicken! We had to wait half an hour to get the utensils! Whenever I asked about it they responded rudely.

To be honest, I can't fault the staff seeing as they are severely underpaid with minimum wage and unpaid hours. I blame Nando's for not paying their staff appropriately. Disappointed.

First visit to this location and I am bitterly disappointed. The customer service at the ordering counter was great, the staff member was bubbly and repeated my order to make sure she had it correct. In my case, the issue with this place is the kitchen. Tonight ordered takeaway - a W. T. F meal which includes a drink, quarter chicken, 4 ribs and chips plus ordered coleslaw, spicy rice and an extra quarter leg piece. After waiting 1/2 an hour for the meal, admittedly they were flat out, I got home to find out the meal was wrong. They had given me NO RIBS and had instead substituted it with a thigh piece of chicken without advising me. I had ordered the ribs in BBQ but instead the chicken piece was mild seasoning. The other piece I had ordered came correct seasoning but no leg piece unfortunately. The spicy rice was flavourless - the worst I have tasted. Coleslaw was good with dressing light. Overall a below average experience tonight.

Poor service. I had to remind the staff three times for Spicy rice which was part of my original order and then they bring it out finally after my family and I finished our meal. Even though the owner was in the Kitchen not once did he come out and apologise for the poor service.

This use to be my favourite nandos but last night arrived had poor rude service. Food was cold. Workers where eating and chatting infront of us
