It’s TRASH…… Staff was rude, 45 min wait, missing half my order, chips were really cold ; (

1st tried Nando ordered chicken ribs, they forgot to put the BBQ base that I asked. 2nd time trying to order the same ribs + 1/2 chicken, they burned 3 of my 8 BBQ ribs! Chicken are plain! Never again to consider Nando for anything! Btw, the cashier who took my order looked like she didn’t want to be there.

The hot chips came out cold. Cold Peri Peri chips don't taste the best. We were there late Sunday night and the restaurant was almost closing. Service is slow. They keep the food in front of you. No greetings or anything. The food tasted good as Nando's always does. Plenty of parking given its Westfield. It looked like it was recently renovated. The custard tarts were fresh and tasted nice.

Arrived for lunch and seen chairs up-turned on tables & told apon ordering that it’s take-away only.also they now only take card No cash because they’re part of the “new order”. Lame attempt at a joke which is offensive to those of us who still have PTSD from the pandemic. Never coming back to this Nandos.

Came in last night at 9: 10pm and was refused service to eat in i assume because you close at 10, not sure why when there is a 50 minute gap inbetween.i even asked if we could have take away and sit outside and that we’d take out rubbish but still refused - didnt even a reason why.the server was laughing with his friends, no customer service, disgusting unclean tables.who is running this seriously? And how can you turn down business? Disappointing.

MANAGER LIED TO MY FACE AND SAID THAT THEY WERE CLOSED AND EVERYONE INSIDE WAS EATING! SHE SAYS THEY HAD MEDICAL EMERGENCIES! Yeah right everyone just wanted to knock off early for Friday night drinks. DON'T THINK THAT EVERYONE US A FOOL! I'LL BE REPORTING YOU TO THE HEAD OFFICE!

Very loud Indian music very poor service cold food and my corn was half eating by rat, with out saying sorry just replace the eating one so stay away from here, open your eyes Nands

Nandos went digital so nomore cash. Will not eat at a nandos again.
They have become apart of the problem. This cashless society ensures that the government see wlexqctly what you use your money on. Nomore privacy. If you all keep accepting this your childrens lives when they grow older will be monitored with every breath they take.

First of all, they got the whole order wrong, me and my siblings have had to wait 15 minutes for half of the order and the chips and my bbq ribs came in seperate when i clearly asked them to put the bbq ribs in the meal. Very bad service. So disgusted.

Order was cooked perfect, bacon and cheese burger in a combo. Chips were hot and well seasoned.

Just what you'd expect. Nice chicken done multiple ways with burgers and wraps sporting the lovely Nandos sauces. Great chips too and they brought the food to the table.

Food was great but sadly this branch is one of the worst I've been too. The music was way too loud and the entrance door just slams shut constantly as people go in and out. Staff were reasonably good but most clearly hated working there!

Uncooked chicken, still cold.worst ever experience at nandos.garden salad had pest in it.not washed before serving.

For a fast food shop always fresh and on time never waiting to long when needing something they are quick to help.

I went to order & staff said they only accept card only no cash.
Ridiculous! What if someone didn't have card & only had cash. The customer gets turned down! I will never go to nandos after this experience.

Needs bit of upgrade and TLC. I did get bitten couple times by mosquito which left me with welts. That whole area in Westfield needs to be redone.

Nandos Airport West Store (at the shopping centre) Worst customer service in history Since when is it law only to accept card and NOT cash? Cash is Legal Tender It is not mandatory to only accept Card Only and deny my children food The franchise owner needs to pull his or her head in The person behind the counter said “card only because of Covid” I said “Covid is finished - your not wearing a mask neither is anyone else - you can’t knock back legal tender which is cash” No other restaurant demands cards

First of all, the girl that served at the counter needs to check her attitude. Major issues there. Not the first time I might add. We ended up getting someone’s else order. We felt like we just robbed a bank as we started digging into the plate that was given to us. How hard is it for a place of that size to get the order right? I guess it’s the cost of doing business. We simply placed an order and expected to get what we ordered. Pull your socks up Nandos Airport West!

Parking us often an issue at this store. Openning hours ALWAYS vary during the week, so it may be closed when you arrive. If the store is open the wait may be over 20 minutes.
