Terrible Service. Waited 25 minutes to receive my order.
I was a walk in customer at 930 pm, the restaurant was empty.
There were 5 people working in the kitchen and all I ordered was a pita and a kids pita. 25 min! Not good enough Nando's
And not accepting cash should be illegal.

My account was overdrawn and had cash only to buy dinner for my daughter who wanted a nandos wrap.
I was very disappointed that you didn’t want to take my money (cash) so my daughter and I could eat dinner.
We spent our money elsewhere. I understand you not wanting to touch cash but the attendant looked at my money (cash) in disgust.surely you could have a case by case basis in terms of an emergency if someone doesn’t have funds on their eftpos card. I understand times are tough but we all have to adapt and make exceptions in these times of need.
I am so disappointed won’t be buying from you again.

Seriously large chips and vanilla coke as always.
Easy ordering experience, place was kinda busy but very clean and organised.

Food gets smaller, still tatses good but during a pandemic you'd think staff wpuld be vigilant about cleaning tables and hand.over cutlery and sauces but no, they are incredibly slack.

Its hard to stuff up a good thing and I think Nandos has a brilliant process for franchisees to follow, always room for improvement but I have to say I cant complain about my multiple experiences and this is definitely my favourite nandos and I love my nandos

BUT not happy with the policy of thehouse refusing CASH. Not happy there I think it's inadmissible.

Store seems really understaffed! I waited 30 minutes for my order of a large chips and a paella. When the staff member was brining the food over they knocked down some of my chips with their arm and not a care in the world. No sorry or anything. Wouldn't recommend

Walking in I was confronted with uncleaned tables, dirty floor and less than enthusiastic staff only to be told they don't accept cash.

Very poor quality of products. I ordered a take away chicken meal and chips were burnt and the chicken soft but no flavour. The place wasn't even busy the moment I placed my order.

Great staff, so professional and friendly and willing to go out of there way to make you eating experience the best it can be. Chicken cooked to perfection, juicy and succulent. Thanks for a great meal guys, keep up the great work.

Top food and service, amazing staff. They are always and I really mean always, super friendly and welcoming. The food also always tastes fresh and from the outside they all look like a great team. This is by far the best Nandos I’ve been to, I love coming back here. Special shout out to Darryl! Thanks for always being so enthusiastic about serving customers, definitely making a difference. Boycot nando, Refused my mum and dad food, asking for electronically payment only.

Nandos would not accept $$$ cash payment and refuse an elder couple food. That's sad to hear Nandos. You've lost me and many.

Even with current situation they have maintained cleanliness and staff were wearing mask and using sanitizer everytime and restaurant was maintaining social distancing.

Worst customer service! Food orders are always wrong. The owner is rude and the restaurant is dirty. Don't bother ordering via Uber eats the way time is always ALOT longer then expected time given.

Nandos is one of the best restaurants. And airport west nandos is no exemption. Food is great as well as the service.

I can understand that the staff might be busy but that doesn't mean you can have a very poor customer service.

I would have definitely given a zero rating but unfortunately that option is not available. Food is not tasty at all, it's pricey and very expensive as compared to other restaurants, the people here are very rude, unhygienic and unprofessional, they really don't know how to treat and behave politely with customers, I will never suggest anyone to this restaurant where you pay more for tasteless, unhygienic food and loosing your dignity and happiness.
